well i work with computers in my career major at school... but i am 100% sure i wont do it for a job. I got to be really good at it but seeing the time it takes to do some stuff... never for a living  _________________

I truly hope they pay you well for it cause they sure are expensive. I paid $159.00 to have them do the wireless network to the three computers while I was living with my daughter! All they did was open the CPU, fit in the cards in the Mother boards and type in the codes for the Linksys cards!! It took them less than 15 mins!!!!! _________________ ~.~.~.~.~.~ |

My stepdad is great with computers and stuff, but while I'm at my dad's house, I have to do everything because my dad's not exactly a computer genius and my sister is... well, my sister, so I had to set up my laptop and my sister's laptop, as well as my dad's computer, and fix any errors that came up. _________________ |

Re: Doing Something I Never Thought I Would Do xD lol, as for networking, networkig is not simple. if it was simple we wouldn't have 80% of all networking equipment sent back to our store or returned. I myself more exspierenced then you im sure still sometimes run into a variety of issues when hooking up new routers to new ISP services because unless its comcast their are some different hoops to jump through with a whole variety of errors not to mention sometimes the hardware is bad.

Re: Doing Something I Never Thought I Would Do xD are you talking about a wirelss WAP code(the code it asks you to enter the first time you try to connect to the internet with that computer...)??? if you have SBC it is on the bottom of your router... unless you changed it in your settings, in which case i could help you through PM...

Since I was in the basement, we set up the router on her computer (as the main one) and then the other two computers. But I was referring to Sabrina's laptop!
