I don't think Murtagh said Morzan was his father in the ancient language. I think he just said that they were brothers. Oh, and that poem Islanzadi's bird said? It was supposed to be interpreted to mean 'half'. Also, if you think something to be true, then I'm pretty sure you can say it in the ancient language.

Yeah, you are right, you can lie in the AL if you think you are telling the truth. But lets think for a while: the twins found out that Eragon and Murtagh could have the same father. Then, the twins had to make Murtagh and Galbatorix believe, and they certainly said everything in the ancient language, wich proves that its true or they believe its true. To make the evil twins believe that Eragon and Murtagh share the same father, it must to be realy something, no?

Yeah, but they just figured out that Selena was their mother. Maybe Galbatorix just assumed that Morzan was both of their father's.

Well, Murtagh wouldn't let the twins into his mind, and Eragon didn't know.

Since this isn't a child's book, there will be no third rider, Arya won't be with Eragon, and Galbatorix will win. Explain what you mean by a "child's" book.

I'm totally with you, Morazan is Eragon's father. But some people are saying that he and Murtagh may be half- brothers, thats why Murtagh knows about Selena.

Yeah, but the book proposes that they are both sons of Selena and Morzan. Until the next book comes out, I'm taking the fact that they are full brothers as true, untilthe third book confirms it, or proves otherwise.
