 The best resizing websiteDoes anybody know where the best place is to resize something on all sides because I've only been going to paint, and I just want the picture smaller as in you can see all of it but it's just smaller and paint doesn't help me with that, so does anybody know where the best place to resize a picture from the internet is?

You can resize it to scale if you download an image manipulation program like The GIMP, or like Osthato Chetowä says, I will also be happy to do it for you.

I use IrfanView, simple program to edit your pictures.. Not sure if it's free to download somewhere, you'd have to check that  _________________

I can use GIMP, or Faststone Image Viewer..that resizes, redeye removal etc.

I also have PhotoShop but I hardly ever use it.. only to mix pictures..
What I DO use is Paint Shop Pro.. but not for resizing.. Is it me or is GIMP getting more popular every day?  _________________
