After a long msn chat conversation with many people from the board we decided to see what languages people speak. We were having such a fun time trying to speak in other languages that this is how this came out this way.

I speak English if you haven't figured that out yet lol. I also can speak some French but I haven't took classes in it for a year.

I didn't vote for these, but I know some Japanese and Spanish not enough to speak them though.

I speak Spanish, English, and some Latin. Lol...

lol I do aswell. I also speak the ancient leopard language. Don't ask its from my book. I knew a few words of Hindi Toph taught me but I forgot them lol.

I know a little Arabic too lol. I like Latin a lot. But I have to say, Spanish is a very passionate language, that I happen to love.

I know some Japanese and a bit of Spanish and one word in Jerman lol. I don't really know any latin, but in my Ancient World History class we were tought some of it... none of which I remember lol.

I speak American, I don't speak English. I mean I'm like, NOT, in England?

Also I speak a bit of french and Russian of course

We don't want to start having to block words from other languages and we should not have to.

Well there's a limit in the amount of options which we can put in the polls.

Personally I don't like speaking with people that I have learned french in a french from france accent environment. First of all in most cases they have a hard time to understand the accents that come from the other versions of french. This can become quite enowing when you try to speak to them and you understand them and they don't understand you.

Over time I had to adapt and develop a system where I now automatically change my accent without realising it if the person does not understand me. Sometimes I find myself quite funny, because I may start responding with a similar accent which I have never employed before

what countries speek africaans, never heard of it, but for some reason i think its in africa...

i know a bit of sucth from having netherlands as my country for these all year round projects.

i am taking spanish and can actually read it pretty welll... like on my level... if its words i know i can read it just like english... and i can usually figure out new words... i wanna keep taking it... and maybe ASL (american sign language)... when writing and speaking spanish though i cant get the adjective noun arangement... and stem changing verbs bug me!!!

I'm glad I don't have to take French any more. I laugh at Pomfret, him mom is making him I probalby would have taken it though if I wasn't so bad at other languages.

Aww don't worry. I'll have an American accent to and I'll sound very bad. Though I don't know though when I speak French I don't really have an accent, grant it I can't say three full sentences to save my life but still. lol

Oh ok lol. My friend tried to teach me some Korean words last year, didn't work out to well I don't even think he knows the language well though.

my main language is english but i am currently learning spanish.
