well no one knows what it will be called except CP and his publisher (and they decided he shouldnt freaking release it!!! which is why we dont know what it is!!!) but he has confirmed that there will be a new dragon and it will be green and it will be on the cover...

it is a CONFIRMED FACT that the book cover will follow suit of the other two books and have a dragon on the front, and that the dragon WILL be green...

Re: any1 no wat book 3s gonna b called? it definetly wont be empire, im 95% sure it wont be, it makes no sense for the title to be something we already know all about. people say because the final battle will be in the empire but in that case it would have to be more spesific than that, just plain empire doesnt tell you anything about that.
