I've PMed louis with this error, which I believe to be some sort of hack attempt or server crash on the systems, about EragonPlus.com

You'll see that the layout has returned to last year's Christmas Layout, and we've lost quite a few news articles, and no doubt more "behind-the-scenes" systems that louis has installed has failed as well. Also, the layout changer doesn't work, if you click on the X icon that indicates one of the two layout changers, that the pictures doesn't seem to be showing, it will just refresh to the same layout. So if I clicked on the "red" layout, it would just stay on the "blue" christmas layout.

Yet, another bug and error that i've found is that none of the other pages on the website works, and just comes up with an error message, that "The page does not exist. reasons for this error ect. tne omly page that is moderately working with a major data loss is the main page.

All this indicates to me, that there has been a hack attempt on the Eragonplus systems or the server, else the server has crashed.

^ Actually, you're quite right. Why would anyone in the world want to hack into a Fantasy book fansite? Well they don't. I've concluded that if it was a hack attempt, the hackers directed their attempts on the actual server and since they probavly hacked into its systems, considering the damage it has caused EP, most likely they got into the server's databases and wreaked havoc.

I had a problem with the server were the old one went offline and I didn't want to fix it. This resulted in me having to transfer it to the one that SF is hosted on. EragonPlus had already been transfered long ago to the new one, but that version needs to be updated. Sauron we will be in touch so that you can bring your account back up.

I am currently converting EP to a program called drupal, which in concept works a lot like a forum. This might take a couple of days, but will allow us to become more flexible and hopefully one day intregrated with the forum
