I don't relieve my stress...that's my problem. I end up just getting really depressed or anxious. What stresses me out can be one of many things whether it be friendship or relationship trouble, or college apps, or good grades, or homework, or work, or family. LOL I am a very stressed person...

I releive stress by sitting in my closet with all the lights off. Lights are magnets of depression to me, so when its dark, nice, and quiet, everything is peaceful again. If im really stressful, I just go fall asleep lol...

Why are you so pissed? btw hi again. I like to sit in the dark and think either that or write to get over stress. When I don't take care of stress I go into depression which is why I wasn't here for like six months.

WEll, im not too stressed right now, but my cousins 2, and he still cant walk...He flew from Russia about a month ago, we're trying to get him to Shriners(a hospital) for free treatment.

wow...... i'm sorry. I guess Clear Brook got taken over too.... thats kinda how my school is, but no ones been shot yet so its okay. Though the gangsters (crips, bloods,ms 13's etc.) smuggled guns in to the school last week and we had a code red.

nursing school is the thing that brings me the most stress!! but that goes for everyone that is in school with me rate now! the best way to deal with my stress is too read like (eragon) to be done with my exams and have my final grades and know for a fact that i passed. another thing that helps me is talking to my friends in school because i know that they are going through the same things as i am! and laughing with them makes me feel so much better! my boyfriend who has been there for me he has helped me out soooo much if it werent for him i would not have made it through my first year of nursing school.

Playing games. i dont do that too much, i love listening to music, if i have a chance that is all i really do. A lot of people never leave me alone, so i started to ignore them.

Cool way, personaly I skip the yealling part. Writing is also good way how to make you feel better, well at least for me :]

Normally I just go to my older sister and she takes me out for Sushi (which is soo good) and than we talk about it. I never ever thought me and my sister would become best friends.

She used to be extremely bossy, and after sharing a room with her years ago, I never thought she could not be bossy. Though I was definately surprised to find that we are best friends.

Music. In my opinion, my midevil themed music is my healing elixer and its worked all the time.

I run over things. It is very therapeutic.

You would be suprised how a little destruction eases the mind.

well, using muscles(including the brain) releases energy and relieves stress build up. Thats why if your angry people say to either get ur mind or body busy for a short moment. (count backwards from 10, hit a pillow, etc.)

I'd say onea my biggest pet peve's is when someone hurtfully laughs or makes fun of someone because they don't know the answer, or they mess up on somthing.

Deep breathing works for minor stress for me.
Yeah, I use the mind approach. I repeat that I am not going to lose control, and let the stress flow out. Kind of a zen thing, I guess.

how about i deal with stress by just coming here and talking to everyone

when im really stressed i either

1 - put on some of my hardcore angry music
2 - find the nearest person that i trust and scream for a few seconds, then just let it all out on them
3 - work on my soccer PKs
or
4 - run a few miles

i have a lot of ways to deal with stress. but my favorite thing to do is to take a really long walk at the end of the day down to the forest preserve where they have this lake. its man made so there are alot of chunks of cement like rock that have broken off, and i like to sit on this one rock that tilts into the water a bit. and i just let my mind go blank. i sit there and listen to the birds and trees all around me. its so peacfull. sometimes i forget myself and stay there for several hours by accident! lol.

-sleep.
-or read a book
-or listen to music
-or (not on purpose tho) hold it in and then blow up
-or bike ride
-or stay in my room and don't talk to anyone for as long as possible

unfortunately most of my stress is school related (ie homework procrastination) so i don't have time to do any of that stuff

The most efective way for me to deal with stress is to go shooting! Or read but shooting is funner
