I'm here today, typing this message because i wanted to know some stuff about you guys who like eragon.
First of all...who's your favorite character and why?
Secondly....what was your favorite part of Eragon(the 1st book only please)and why?
Thirdly...what do you think the 4th book is going to be called?

My answer to these questions:
My favorite character is Eragon(as most of your answers will probably be).
My favorite part is Eragon's dream (the one with Garrow after his death as he is in the Ra'zac.)
I think the fourth book will be called The Return of Brom. I dont' know why, I just do. I like Eragon because I love Dragons, wizards, pirates,and fantasy so much.I like the book because it has lots of adventure and fantasy.

well my favourite character in eragon is murtagh. my favourite part is when he kills durza the whole scene. i think the fourth book is going to be called empire. i like eragon because it was something similar to lord of the rings, filled with magic and swordplay.

PS.has anyone seen the spanish edition cover art of brisingr? that is so different from the american edition! you've gotta see it!!!!!!

anyway, favorite character: Saphira. because she's just fierce, proud, beautiful, and wise.

the 4th book will probably be one word like the others. what that word will be, i'm not sure. Maybe CP will decide to name it what he was going to name the third book before he decided to add a 4th book: "Empire." Maybe....idk.

Well, I'd have to say my favorite characters are Eragon, Saphira, and Arya. I have alot of favorite parts about the book and I have no idea what the fourth book's title will be.

Yeah, it's really hard to choose a favorite part.....

i'm like halfway finished with eragon and my fav scene has changed. it's changed to where saphira makes a diamond tomb for brom for when he dies!

yeah, that part was good.....but it was sad that brom died. but necessary, i suppose.....

well right now i'm at the part where eragon is taking the elf with him out of the jail and well was it really nescessary that brom die? i mean murtagh's helping him but brom really really helped eragon.

yes, it was. because eragon needed to learn stuff on his own, not have brom teach him everything

oh and by the way, what chapter does the elf gain consciousness. i'm at the chapter where eragon sees her scars and bruises. i was so mad that didnt' gain consciousness!

@aus: no, eragon wouldn't need more help from brom, he can learn stuff from saphira and on his own, and that chapter where Arya regains consciousness; you're almost there

it's probably going to be a while....because the book's probably going to be longer than the 3rd....and he will probably wait to sell it to build suspense (though i hope he doesn't)

Yah, I agree. Did he build suspense with the 3rd book? If he builds suspense too long, people will probably just forget about it.

well, i'm not sure.....i don't think he did it on purpose....it probably just took a while to get all the copies printed

wait a second.have you guys forgotten that he's going around america and probably around other countrys and he's doing book signings right now. and..... which you'll probably be sad about........when he's going to finish the inheritance cycle..he's going to take a long break and wonder which one of his ideas to write next.....he may come back to writing about alagaesia one day.... i know all you guys would be upset about that....i know i am!
