i dont kno about u guys but i can flip so easily now adays ive been wondering wats up with that

ya well it doesnt rly help with detentions and suspensions does it? this year i probaly wont flip out as much cus i have to be good or im screwed so ill behave more

Why on earth do you get a suspension? The worst I've ever had is to have to pick up a bag of rubbish.

Mood swings can be a result of several things...
First- Hormones... teenagers are full of them and they are usually running rampant... these said hormones also affect moods.

Second- Stress... Stress created mood swings and teenagers these day are under more stress than generations past.

Third- A Chemical Imbalance- Chemicals in your body also affect your moods and sometimes when kids hit their teen years imbalances kick in. This is usually treated by your family doctor with pills.

It's all natural... just sometimes people need help to control the moodswings... If these moodswings really worry you, see your doctor. Otherwise trust that this too will pass.
