BANG Cannons were hitting the huge defensive perimeter of Teirm. As far as Carsaib could guess it was a pirate attack. There were explosions of Teirms defences but they were all inaccurate. There wasn't much Carsaib knew about it from the prison at the fort, nobody beleived him that there was a shade that killed those people. Now he was inprisoned, he could hear the massive city doors creak as the pirates forces there way slowly in. This he could see, the archers all across Teirm sited the gates and shot when the pirates forced their way in, a volley of arrows killed many pirates but there were so many of them to deafeat. Before long they had burnt many building and the fighting was fully fleged. Itching to fight Carsaib was watching the battle with mild interest untill he was distracted by a figure walking up in front of his cell.

[size=9]The man moved like that of someone with great confidense. As the person neared he saw that the he was a shade. Carsaib shrank back into his cell with fear. And still the man drew every closer. When he finally came to Carsaib's cell, he gave a smirk and said in an oily smooth voice,
"Would you like to be let out."

"Of course I do! For the love of god, let me out you villain!" Carsaib clung to the bars as if he could make them dissapear, he didn't want to die. Least of all in jail to a pirate.

The shade smiled while he said this, showing his teeth. Carsaib shrunk further back when he saw them. The teeth were filed to points and the tips of each one were blood red. "Okay, I will let you out. But after I do you have to promise me something. That you will do whatever I tell you to. To make sure you will abide by your word, your going to have to say it in the Ancient lanuage," the shade said in the same oily voice. It seemed as if Carsaib was entransed by it. He then said," I will do as you wish shademaster.

Raign rushed up the stares of the prison he turned a corner and met his foe the second shade to torture him the shade staried at Raign and when it noticed it couldn't pry into his mind he handed the man a sword and said attack and kill this fool. raign knew the man was out being decieved by the shade so he tried to convince the man not to attack him. when the man attacked Raign lifted his staff and blocked the mans wild blows Raign could only think of one thing to do he used one of his spells to kick up dust and when the man whiced he knocked the man over the head with his staff knocking him out then raign raised his hand and said brisinger but then the shade muttrered soemthing in a low tone and a gush of water from a jail cells bown came up and extinguished the fire so raign used his mind to create smoke picked up the man he clubed and ran out of the prison trying to be as quiet as possible

He then ran out and around the prison trying to find a place to hide from the evil shade. He spotted a high building that he could sneak into and block the door, so he bolted to it. The man in his arms started to wake up. All of a sudden he jerked up and with a quiver in his voice he asked," where am i, who are u?"

Raign summed up his story in about 3 minutes and then the man began to speak he told Ragin his name was Carsaib after Raign rose and handed carsaib a blade carsabi held it and swung the blade with deadly acuracy just to test himself sudenly a flame burst through the door it was the shade Raign raised his hand but was hit over the head by a pirate who snuck up behind him

The shade said to Raign," you managed to escape my wrath for a few minutes but now it is time for me to take u to my master. if u dare to fight me then u are sure to be defeated so don't try."
Raign gave a bitter laugh," alright then u have me but u forgot one small thing. I have reinforcements." all of a sudden a dark red dragon, with a tint of orange burst thru the roof.

The Shade seemed unaffected by the unexpected ally of Raign, though its mind worked in a whirl to think of a way to either slip out of this situation or to defeat them both.

But just before the shade could make a move or the dragon Erais stabbed the shade through the heart, though it was a mistake she would regret because she was over come by a force she couldn't defeat and passed out cold...

meanwhile, the great cannons of the pirates continued to fire until a dark shape flew over everyone. looking up they saw a dragon, a sliver one, flying overhead. Its mighty wings blazed and the scales of it's beautiful body reflected the light

While I was out I felt people around me, I then out of nowere in my mind someone or something said everythings okay I am here. I was a little frightened then went completly unconscious.

IC-the pirates were petrafied of the dragon.And they tried to fire the cannons at it but were to scared of making it angry and missed.
