Wow, this reminds me exactly of the party I went to today it was my dad's fiancee (Lindsay)'s grandpa's 72 birthday (I think it was his 72nd) and of course most of the people on Lindsay's family know I'm a gamer of sorts, so I had the same conversation about eight times over, what grade I'm in now, what do I plan to be (software designer or programing of a sort) , where do I plan to go (haven't even looked yet), how do I plan on doing it (two year tech or four year university) and they heard computers and all eight of them gave me this ten to fifteen minute lecture on how I'm going to go no where in life yada ya, so on, so forth, and I couldn't help but think; Wow, when you think about it, no matter what you pick you aren't going to not come to a dead end eventually, but at least when I hit my dead end I'll be doing something I enjoy. (granted I've also got the mind set of a bull; I don't care what people think, I'm going to be me and do my thing) and if I make it there, as for starving in the streets, a)Graphics design pays damn good after a year or two in. b) my fallout plan, when the **** hits the fan I show Blizzard some real promise and skill c) ladybug prestige (sorry mods but there is no other way to say it)
