Wil nodded at the newcomer, Elaine, as he'd heard Reb (or was it Zantya?) say, and looked at Zantya with concern. "You might need to stay here and rest awhile. That wound did more than my little knowledge of magic can heal." he said. "That Zayl guy, he had to have more of a motive than just simple barbaric pleasure. I saw him sprint into the forest after striking you. If we let Kagraign and your dragon sniff out the trail, we can find out where he went and his purpose." Wil continued, still unsure of his own plan. he waited for one or both of the women to answer.

Elaine looked at Reb worriedly and then turned to Wil "I can't walk far" she said pointing at her leg.
She pulled away the dressing to reveal where she had hit the glass.
"Are you okay Reb?" she asked as she shuffled closer to the fire to keep warm.

Zayl stood in the Sanctuary with the blood red oval burning. He was somewhat exhausted but he felt so alive that he wouldn't fall asleep. His blood red dragon was searching every aspect of the room they were in. They had killed the king of the throne so now they were commnaders of a whole army and he loved it. "I think we ought to end the rest of the group's lives, they've had it good to long and that Reb made me mad"thought Zayl. "Then we should take our armies and go foth to kill Reb and her pathetic dragon, I've learned so much and I've grown at an unexpectational rate" thought the dragon named Banta. "I feel like killing something and you've earned me, so now I must tell you how to quench my thirst by killing the ones you've traveled with, do it and you will have more power than even now" said Banta. "That's sounds pleasurable, let's do it, with our new found army of course" thought Zayl. "Of course" thought Banta and they suited up and had their army out within the next hour looking to kill Reb, Will, and Elaine.

Wil's head turned quickly toward the woods. he felt something...wrong, about them. then, he blacked out. *There was a great army, marching through a forest. A great, blood red dragon, Zayl on his shoulders, was flying above. They seemed to be heading to a battle, for the soldiers, even as they walked, had whetstones out, sharpening their blades and spear tips.* Wil came back to consciousness, flat on his back. it was nearing dark, and Reb and the young girl, her leg still wounded, were looking at him, scared. "Zayl is coming back. he's got a new dragon, and he's bringing a whole army with him." Wil stated. He turned to Elaine, "If we're gonna run, you're gonna need that leg healed, right?" he said, trying to smile, to emanate friendliness in their last hours alive. Deep down Wil was worried, scared even. They know where we are! We have to get into the air, or at least away from here. Zayl was even with Reb earlier when they fought. he'll kill the three of us, plus the dragons, himself. he told Kagraign. I know, Wil, i know. That dragon is only a few hours old, yet bigger than Star Gazer, and close to my size. He could destroy Star and Reb in the same swoop of his tail. We must flee, and fast. Kagraign replied. "Now, how about your leg?" he asked Elaine, determined that they'd make it at least till morning.

Zantya wasn't at all ready for another war. Star Gazer emanated power throughout her limp body.
" Star It is time we super size our power. You have been saving it since you returned from the mountains and it is time we used it." Reb said.
I agree but are you sure you can intake the power?" Star Gazer asked worried.
" Zantya tell them to leave you with me." Star Gazer added then woke her up.
" Run, He is after me and not you. Star Gazer will be here and you can not save us." Zantya said to wil and Elaine. Star Gazer stood and threw her head back in a roar. She was surounded by fire and when it diminished she was five times her normal size and had a flame mark on her head. Zantya still lying down had changed to red clothes and her eyes were as red as the darkest flame. She motioned for them to leave at once.

Elaine shook her head tears almost brimming but she ignored them and said "I ran into the forest Reb, I fled from Zayl and I left you to fight him. I've got nothing to live for, no home to return to, I might as well stand up for myself." She turned to Wil than and asked "Can you heal my leg?"
She showed it to him the blood still seeping, she was suffering the consequences of not thinking straight.

"Sure, let me try." Wil said to Elaine. he closed his eyes and focused. "waise hiel," he said. the wound sealed up tight, and left little more than a thin scar down her leg. "There." he said. Wil turned to Reb. "think we'll ever meet again? I hope so." he said simply. " if you need help, just call, we wont be far."

Zayl rode ever closer to his destination. He had a dark grin on with a much wanted hatred for the group of travelers. "Reb, Elaine, and Wil, I will destroy you all with the power I have newly found" thought Zayl and he was one city away from ending the traveling party.

"I think they're close" she said quietly looking around for something to defend herself with.
Seeing nothing she sighed and relaxed realizing magic was her only defense.
"Farewell Wil and thank you"
She stood up ready for the attack and thought If only I'd accepted his offer than I wouldn't have to be afraid, then he couldn't harm me

" Yes thank you wil, and who knows mabe in another life." Reb said then coughed. " Elaine I don't care what you think. You can hide not far from here but don't ever try to fight him. Star Gazer take Elaine and get out of here." Reb added. Star Gazer snorted a protest but Reb silenced. Her. She took flight and grabbed Elaine and flew far away. Reb's head rolled to the side as she passed out cold.

occ: Scarecrow don't realy kill her. That would ruin the story.

Wil gripped the hilt of his emerald blade. Wil didnt know what to do. Reb had fainted, yet Zantya still sat there, staring holes into him. Wil was determined to stay, he didnt care how many he killed that day, he would see to it that Reb lived through the day. He melded minds with Kagraign, a sense of being the protector flowing through him. he knew that it, and his rage at the man's cold blooded slaughter, would see him, reb, Zantya, and Kagraign through the day. Wil drew his sword, now ready to fight whatever was thrown at him.

Elaine wasn't happy with this she sat down on a rock and thought.
"You're going to leave me here aren't you? You're going to help Reb and leave me here to worry?" She looked at her and fear began to blur her vision then she said "You will come back though won't you?"
She looked around the clearing and sighed, this wasn't how she'd expected it to go.
Where's D'ran now? We need him she thought

Wil knew he was making a difficult decision, protecting Reb instead of escorting Elaine to saftey. I'm sorry Elaine, but i feel like Reb needs my help. he thought. Wil heard the sound of feet, and then a thud thud the sound drowned out the footsteps. suddenly, Wil saw the bloodred dragon appear on the horizon. Kagraign, it's time. he said. Wil drew his sword and rushed toward the army, Kagraign flying close by.

Elaine couldn't wait nay longer This battle could take days and I might never know who died in it. I can't wait here forever I must find them even if I can not help them I want to be there for them. she thought and she started running.
She ran as fast as she could hoping that she wouldn't be too late to help.

Zayl rode on, closing in on the group. Riding his dragon, he spotted the young woman running. He decided to end her life first. "Land there, and let's have some fun" thought Zayl and Ghansor landed right in front of Elaine. "Well, well, I get to kill the runt first" said Zayl to Elaine. He drew his sword while the rest of his army moved forward to destroy the rest of the group.

OCc: I was waiting for grendel

" Elaine!" Reb screeched as she woke. Her shade went to the girl, and she disapeared before zayl. Elaine apeared in front of Reb.

"How did I get here? I was about to die, he was going to kill me! I could see it his eyes" She looked around finding a little comfort in the familiar scene "He's after me and probably Wil too, so what are we going to do?"
she looked around her heart filled with fear wondering when he would find her.
"Can i have a weapon" she asked she knew she needed something to defend herself with.

Wil saw the change in the evil man's target instantaneously. he shifted his weight to his left foot, and changed direction so quickly that Kagraign had trouble catching up. Wil ran right toward the bloodred dragon. Soldiers got in his way. they didnt have a chance when his fury sent his sword through three of them. he saw their eyes through the helmets. he saw their wives, their kids, their whole lives, growing up as kids in various places. he felt sorry for them, but then he saw one who wasnt about to die, a gleaming bloodlust flowing out of his very essence. his eyes had a bloodshot fire to them. the man pulled out a slender, evil, jagged edged blade. he swung at Wil, who barely parried the blow and slammed his knee into the man's exposed lower area. the man kept the furious gaze in his eyes, yet still leaned over in pain. Wil took the chance to bury the blade through the man's back. A cheap death, but necessary he thought. his arms were starting to wear down. he saw Kagraign rip through about five men and scorch another unit to blackened ash. "Reb! Zantya! Is anyone who doesnt want to kill me out there? Please! I'm in over my head here, and cant last much longer." he yelled. He continued fighting, waiting for the answer he hoped would come.

Reb answered his call. Fire blasted over half of the soldiers, and they fell to the ground motionless. She blew on her scorched hands. Zayl was still after her no matter what they thought.
" Hey stupid, if your master realy wants to kill me then why dosen't he do it himself." Reb called to Zayl and waited for his answer.

Elaine looked around searching for a weapon to help Wil but found nothing.
oh well I guess I need to use my powers she thought and started calling them up inside her the addictive thrill of adrenaline filling her as fire burst out of her hands towards Zayl.

"Hmmmmmmm, she has some potential, swoop down and grab that one, we'll take her to my master first, he is looking for another apprentice" thought Zayl and his dragon flew down to snatch up Elaine. "The rest of you, fight until they bleed the agony they have spread" said Zayl to his army of over a million.

Wil swirled around, slashing everyone within the range of his sword. "No! Elaine watch out! Zayl is..." Wil quickly pulled out his bow, falling to one knee, before the dragon swooped on the girl. he nocked an arrow and raised the bow. as he shot, Wil silently whispered, "Brisingr!" and the arrow shot out, engulfed in pure emerald flame, camoflagued over the green grasses. He watched in agony as the arrow seemed to float leisurely over the grasses. his aim had to be true, else the girl was doomed. "Kagraign! To me!" he yelled, slicing one soldier's arm clean off. He focused on the magic for a second. He knew how easily it was to sway the mind of a human, taking little energy. As Wil spoke the words, they came out in a language that he'd never heard before, and the soldiers he was looking at got a look of cold fear in their eyes. Then, about five hundred soldiers got a crazed look in their eyes. before they turned, Wil saw that the iris' of the soldiers had turned a fiery emerald color, as briliant as Kagraign's scales. The soldiers then turned and started fighting against the men they'd called allies just seconds before. Wil hopped on Kagraign's back, careful of the spikes, and sped toward the bloodred dragon, the arrow finally speeding up and the dragon near the girl. godspeed, Kagraign. Please, we can't let him take Elaine. who knows what he'll do with the girl. please, get there in time. please... he thought desperately. His vision was going blood red. he felt the anger of the thousands upon thousands of men, and transmuted it into energy and speed for Kagraign. How, he knew not, but he was sure he would make it in time to save the girl. He had to.

Occ: sorry if this is god moding
Reb saw the dragon go for Elaine. She bolted to the girl. As the dragon came down, Reb spotted Will and pushed Elaine out of the way. They dragon only got clumps of dry earth. She drew her sword.

Elaine rolled along the ground and jumped to her feet.
There must be something that can sway the tide
She looked around for an advantage but found nothing. Though the army was no match for Wil and Reb she knew she had to distract Zayl.
I guess I've got to keep going

She summoned up a strong wind and guided it into the fire forcing smoke and embers to consume them.

Fire encased Reb's hands. Star Gazer landed and let loose a roar that shook the ground. She sized up to the red dragon and glared straight into it's eyes. This demon was going to die. " " You will all die before a hand is layed on my rider, the newcommer, or Elaine."
Star Gazer sent flying through the minds of all the soldiers. The fire around Reb's hands grew. It grew and grew. She smiled as it encased her entire body. She looked like one big flame. Fire swam it's way around her. She thrust her hands outward, and and exsplosion sounded. The fire flew at everything in it's path. The air around her seemed to stop. It became crisp and hard to breath. Then finaly the fire died down. Most of the soldiers lay on the ground dead.

Kagraign halted in midair. Wil saw Reb destroy hundreds of men. He noticed the men he'd put into his control fighting as well, though there were only about 200 left. Wil thrust his hand, palm out, at the nearest group of soldiers. he uttered the words he was thinking. Emerald lightning poured out of his hand and struck the men. He changed his pronunciation and the lightning shot out and shocked more men, but this time it splayed out and struck many. It spread very much like a wildfire would, killing men in an arc shape, until it wore down about a thousand men in. Wil could feel the despair of the souls as the corpses fell to the ground. he looked toward the oncoming army, and could see the bloodred dragon, though he couldnt tell what it was doing. Kagraign, take me to our newest adversary, so i may speak with or kill him. Kagraign growled and flew toward the dragon. "Zayl! I do not wish to fight. I only wish to speak at the moment." he yelled ahead. he was sure the man would turn down his offer of temporary peace, as he'd already slaughtered so many innocents.

The fire wound it's way to one of her hands, and ice surounded the other. She took in a deep breath, and fire and ice combined. She grit her teeth. It took to the air. It filled the wind with an bite that would kill. She held on for as long as could and watched men take in one breath and fall. Half of the remaning men fell to the ground, never to move again. She let go of the power and fell to the ground. She scrambled to gain her feet as the dragon, and Zayl neared. She tried to get Elaine to go away, but the girl was planted in place.

Elaine ran to Reb and tried to help her up, Zayl and his dragon were too close for her liking.
"Reb get up, come on you've got to get out of here" She screamed.
She watched as the smoke she'd summoned faded away and the remaining soldiers and Zayl were able to see them.
"Wil can you handle Zayl?" she asked drawing a soldiers sword from the ground she stood poised to attack waiting for when she would once again have to fight.

"Bantoon, restiresasi, lasihtar, amoon, risr!" As he spoke the words, the soldiers that had died to the wreckage of the group arose back from the dead. Galbatoorix had given him more power before he left on his quest to killl and his army was part of the never ending circle of the dead. Though it may not be alive, it is still spreading, Zayl thought. " Fight back my soldiers and take thier heads!" Zayl yelled into his army of dead. Zayl looked down and saw Reb and Elaine. "This time you both die!" and he and his dragon lunged to end them both.

" Wait!." Reb yelled. If you will leave them alone, I will agree to be Galbortix's shade, just leave them alone." Reb offered.

OOC: You went again? I thought we were supposed to wait?

Wil couldn't believe what he heard. "Reb, no!" he yelled, striking down more of the undead soldiers. He swung Kagraign toward Zayl and unleashed a magical fiery volley in the evil man's direction, striking soldiers all around him.. through the smoke caused by all the flames, Wil and Kagraign sped toward Zayl. Wil unleashed two more volleys before he got closer to Zayl. He unsheathed his sword and swung at Zayl's throat.

Zayl ducked and brought his own sword around and swung it at Wil, intending to knock off his head. While he was fighting them, Ghansor was spewing flames at the group burning up most of the land around them, better for noone to hide. Then Ghansor turned on Wil and Kagraign, to get them off of Zayl he picked up Kagraign and dropped him in the middle of a group of living dead soldiers.

Elaine saw the fires burning an dcalled upon water soon it was pouring with rain.
the rain was cold but she hadn't the energy to change that so she kept hacking at the living dead her body weakening with each blow.
I'm too young for this she thought as she had many many times before.
She kept swinging at the constant wall of corpses wondering if she'd seen these faces before, guarding the town or collecting taxes.
I guess I'll never know

Ic:Kagraign roared and swooped his tail all around, knocking back every soldier. Wil, who'd dodged the decapitating blow, was shaken, his teeth jarred together, but he'd managed to stay on Kagraign's back. Kagraign leapt back into the air and grappled with the other dragon, slashing with his claws. Meanwhile, Wil was trading blows with Zayl, parrying and slashing as best he could from the back of Kagraign. I'm so unexperienced with fighting from dragon-back Wil thought. he was quickly losing strength with each blow. Wil carefully stood on Kagraign's back and, with a great leap, jumped to the back of the other dragon, behind Zayl. He put his sword on Zayl's throat.

Zayl jumped backwards, he was tired so he didn't get far. His dragon swooped down low and knocked the other rider off as well, so as to make it a little easier for him instead of fighting Kagragin from the back of the dragon. "Ghansor, fetch the young female and return her to my master, but first knock out the other dragon" thought Zayl. "Yes master" thought Ghansor as he pulled in and did a half circle in the air so as to be behind the other dragon and flew in and torn up the other's back. He flew off with great speed, knowing how tired he was but wishing to do his rider's bidding. He saw the young female, Elaine, the young figher his master spoke of fighting the undead. Ghansor swooped in and unleashed a roar like never before, the dead backed up and they knew what was happening. He swooped down with his great claws out wide and picked up Elaine to return to the castle, leaving his master behind.

OOC: Sorry if I godmoded a little, I'm making the story a little more interesting.

OCc: I thought zayl wanted Reb for the king, oh well.
" Star Gazer go." Reb shouted. Star Gazer took flight and knocked the other dragon out of the sky. It dropped Elaine and Star Gazer slashed at it's throat.

Elaine swore she was falling she pushed her arms out in front of her and luckily the wind caught her.
She slowly came down onto the ground and thought How many dragons are going to try and fly away with me today?
"Reb we can't stop their army they keep coming back we've get to get out of here" she screamed over the sounds of war.
She returned to hacking at the dead and regretting thinking zombies were too rare a phenomenon to bother researching.

"Then perhaps I might be of some help!" D'ran exclaimed over the roar of battle. He jumped onto the back on Sundavar and raced to Elaine's side. "Where do I start?" He asked the madien, a hint of comedy in his voice. D'ran pulled out his dagger and wand, zapping a few zombies with his wand he dives on the next one. Want to help Horal? He asks his falcon. Horal swooped down, clawing at the decaying scalp of another zombie. D'ran looked behind him at Reb and Elaine. "What are you waiting for? Run! I'll hold them off for a bit!" They taste horrible. Sundavar said. "Well your not suppost to eat them." D'ran replied. "Run!" He said again to the girls.

"I'm not going anywhere." Reb shouted then began fighting the zombies back.

OCC: Welcome back

Ooc: yeah, we've been waiting to see if you'd show up

Ic: Wil looked at D'ran. "You...You're a...fairy?" he asked sheepishly, knocking many zombies back with his lightning. He ducked a zombie's sword and thought This is insanity! We'll never beat them. He'd almost forgotten about Zayl, and turned around to face the man. "It ends here Zayl. You won't walk away from this alive. You're nothing but a cold blooded demon now."

Ooc: This next part comes from the fourth Inuyasha movie, just so everyone knows i'm not plagarizing.

Ic: "You see, I'm not gonna give up," Wil said, thinking about Reb and all the others fighting to protect each other, "because I have people to protect. You...You have nothing. You are nothing. My friends and I will defeat you here and now. I will defeat you...to protect them." Wil said with a final silent prayer. He lunged at his adversary, thrusting his sword at the man's heart.

"D'ran you're back!!" Elaine was overjoyed she would have hugged him if there weren't as many Zombies. She kept on hacking with a little more enthusiasm now even though there were still millions of the undead.
She understood Wil's plan once Zayl was dead the undead would be put to rest, she grabbed a sword out of a sheath of the undead and threw it at Zayl.
The sword spun towards his heart.

D'ran ducked under a swing from a Zombie's arm and slashed upwards with his dagger. "Sprite-kin... Sprite-kin. Not fairy. Call me that again I just might make you my dagger's friend..." He told Wil. He kicked the body off of his dagger and slashed at another before turning to Wil. "You need to learn some respect for us Sprites... We could be handy in a battle." He pointed out. "For instance... Our wands are almost unequaled." He said as a blast of ice shot from his wand, followed by an purple cloud. He gave a sly wink to Wil. "You might learn a thing or two from us." He looked at Elaine again, then turned towards Reb. "Well, we had enough pleasant reunions? Because if you don't mind." He paused to jump onto the back on Sundavar. "We have an army infront of us."

Zayl saw the man lunge for him at the same time a sword flew towards his heart. He parried the blow with his sword while sliding backwards to dodge the throw. Zayl dashed forward pressing D'ran from where they stood. Zayl then lunged forward striking for D'ran's leg at the same time calling for his dragon to get on with killing the other dragon. "Let's hurry, my army is perishing and at the same time I am tiring" thought Zayl, Ghansor nodded and swooped down to gush at the group. He swooped down scratching D'rans back, he let loose his flame on Elaine, "No! Remember we need her for my master!" thought Zayl. Ghansor tucked and turned right, clearing Elaine. "Just pick her up and take her to my master!" thought Zayl and he continued on. Ghansor on the other hand swoop down and plucked Elaine, trying for the second time to bring her to their lord.

D'ran grabbed his leg and fired his wand at Zayl's dragon, slightly moving its claws. "You wont get her just yet!" He yelled at Zayl. "And this time. You wont have me either!" D'ran let go of his leg and stabbed three times at Zayl's chest, barely scratching him. "Sundavar! Get Elaine and get out of here! NOW!" He yelled at the Wyrm. He turned his head back at Zayl, his eyes glaring. His wand crackled as a bolt of lightning leaped to the chest of a Zombie infront of Zayl. "You, you traveled with us!" A shot of ice. "You distroyed a town!" A cloud of gas. "And you tried to kill me!" An explosion of fire. D'ran sat down, drained of energy yet still trying to fire spells from his wand. "You wont win this day. Even if i come so near death...." D'ran passed out before he could finish his sentence, the spells from the wand dieing a few feet from Zayl.

" Sundavar get D'ran Star Gazer will get Elaine." Reb yelled, and Star Gazer barreled into GAnsor and knocked Elaine out of his claws once again. " Star Gazer let's finsh this." Reb said, then light surounded her. When it died down she wore her red attire, and Zantya glared at Zayl.
" I thought we would never meet again." Zantya said to Zayl with a sly wink. Fire encased her entire body, until she was a fire ball, then the fire rushed and surounded Zayl and his dragon. Ice followed and began to encase Zayl. She worked so hard she was turning blue. Then she cut off the ice, and the wind picked up. It blew into a tornado and took out the entire army. Zantya continued to encase Zayl in his ice and fire bubble, then when she barely had any energy left the ice was two feet thick,and a fire wall kept anything from reaching the ice bubble. She colapsed and lay on the ground panting. Star Gazer held the other dragon down, and the dragon Zayl had been riding was in the buble with him. Zantya rolled over and looked up into the sky. Her wolves and Cobalt came up to her. Cobalt had transformed, and had a tail and mane of flame. Her wolves took on a redish tent. Zantya looked at D'ran.

ooc: How many times are dragons going to try and carry me somewhere??

ic: Elaine ducked away from Star Gazer and ended up on her back between Zayl and D'ran.
"We can't keep this up forever! You can't, I can't, Reb can't and Zayl can't either!" She said angrily "And seeming as every dragon in the kingdom is determined to carry me somewhere I think I'll go where they can't follow!"
Elaine jumped onto her feet ducking arrows from zombie soldiers and called up the sun! It burned the corpses and released their spirits sending them to the netherworld where even Zayl disturb them.
Elaien made a break for the trees just hoping her tired legs could get her far enough among their shadows to protect her as she rested and recovered.
She screamed behind her "I'll come back!"

ooc: finally got rid of that army! Only took a bit of sunlight!

OCC: I haven't posted because it isn't my turn

OOC: I guess it's my turn, since i haven't posted for so long.

IC:Wil watched the sunlight destroy the army. He found the perfect chance. While Zayl sat dumbstruck at the destruction of his 'unconquerable army', Wil drew Mor'ranr, took his stance, and swung at the man. He knew he would miss, so he wheeled around to help destroy the dragon first. He could feel Kagraign's power weakening, even though this dragon was only days old. Mor'ranr glowed white hot at the sight of Kagraign's foreleg being cut wide open. Wil rushed up quickly and sliced at the dragon, giving it the same wound it had dealt Kagraign. While the dragon reeled, Wil went over to Kagraign and inspected his wounds. "Waise hiel," Wil whispered. Kagraign's wounds were repaired and he went at the other dragon with renewed fury. Wil also attacked the dragon yet again with Mor'ranr.

IC: Sundavar bent his head back to glance at the Sprite-kin on his back. Foolish sprite.. Doesn't even remember to watch the spells he casts.. He looked forward again and took to the air to follow Elaine.

IC: Saheit had gotten separated but knew it was a nice change although she missed traveling with someone she had needed time to think. Now she longed for companionship and she knew if she would only by chance see them it would be a great releif from the silence that constantly followed her although she should be use to the thought of being alone after traveling with people she had become attatched. If only she would see a glimse of someone anyone it would be a releif.

Sundavar cried out to Elaine, "Elaine! Let me carry you. It will be faster!" Then from his height he saw some zombies laying in a ditch in front of Elaine. Sundavar gave a mighty roar to try to get her to stop and sped up his flying. "Horal! We need to get to Elaine NOW!"

IC: Saheit travelled a couple of minutes when she saw something diving from the sky and on the horizon what seemed like a person. Because she thought the person was in danger she took off running full speed(and that was fast concidering she was an elf)

Zayl saw Saheit. He hadn't seen her in awhile and he thought he never would again. He had his dragon stop and go for Saheit. She would be even more valuable than the other. He had his dragon dive in for her. She was quite fast, but not fast enough as His dragon swooped in for her and were talking her back to the castle.

OOC: weren't you and your dragon in trouble scarecrow? I don't remember cuz i didn't look but i thought your dragon had a nasty gash in its leg and was being attacked by at least Wil and Kag.

OOC: I remember us trying to run. And then you guys were fighting us. I think he was but I think also I healed him.

" How many more am I going to have to save besides my rider? " Star Gazer asked, and rammed head on into Zayl and his dragon. He dropped the girl and she landed safely on a pile of leaves. Star Gazer whirled around bit the other dragon behind the neck then dove away with out a scratch. She waited for him to make a move.

As Saheit fell she relized what had just happened. "Why would anyone want me, I'm of no value to anyone...atleat I don't think i am." Saheit gazed up and saw two enormous Dragons and relized Zayl was on one of them. "I thought Zayl was good whats happening? What exactly have i missed?" Saheit stood there confused then took off she was not going to wait around until something bad happened. "I wish someone would tell me what is going on but until then i'm staying out of the way.

IC: Wil fumed. His enemy had escaped death too long, and now this...this girl was asking questions. He looked at her. "Listen, I didn't get here too long ago and by that time this Zayl guy had already slaughtered a whole village full of people. Then, when we try to attack him, he disappears and comes back with this new red dragon that's only a few days old and already stronger than my dragon, Kagraign." He pointed to the great emerald hulk that was Kagraign. "Zayl has turned evil. He betrayed Reb and Elaine. He murdered all of the people in that village over there." Wil pointed over toward the village. He could see blood streaming through the streets. The corpses lay where they'd been slain. One man was leaning halfway out of a second-story window, blood splattering to the ground. "That is why we fight Zayl. That is why Reb, myself, D'ran, and Elaine will not stop until he dies." Wil shuddered, tightening his grip on Mor'ranr. "Do you wish to be on his side or ours? If you choose his side, I swear on my honor as a rider, we will not kill you...this time. Please take a moment and choose." Wil was trying to get himself and Kagraign some time to rest. They were worn out. Day was breaking. It was getting warmer, a sign of the spring transition they were in. Wil had been awake since yesterday morning. He needed sleep. He just wanted to end this so he could rest.

A tear slid down Saheit's cheek but she quickly wipped it away she needed to be strong. She hadn't ever told anyone she had once had feelings for Zayl. His deception hurt her more than she could explain. She looked at what pain he had caused the village and all the lifes he took and another tear slid down her face only this time she did not wipe it away. "How am i suppose to chose I mean i know the right thing to do but..." she paused and looked at Zayl "how can i bring myself to do it?" She was torn. "I don't know what i can do but i promise on everything i believe in that i shall never kill you or your companions. I would rather fall at your blade than deceive you." By this time tears were streaming down her face how could he do this to her? Did he even know that she cared so much? And if he did did he care what he had done? what possesed him to be that way? Whith out her even noticing she had ended up on her knees not having the strenghth or the will to move. "If you..." she had trouble speaking she couldn't finish she just sat there crying not able to move or protect herself she was helpless.

OOC: an emotional sceen but i think i pulled it off lol

Reb saw the girl crying, and felt for her, but she didn't have time to wonder why all this happened. Her shade took over, and all of the soldiers cringed as Reb was encased in red light, and was lifted off the ground to transform. When she landed back on the ground she was wearing her red outfit, and fire shot out from all her limbs. This time the zombies would stay dead. The fire snaked it's way around all moving things, except her friends, and ran it's way up their bodies. Star Gazer roared as her markings began to glow. She used her powers and she and Zantya were invincible. The zombies litteraly were obliterated. Zantya made motions and the zombies were swept away in a tide of never ending flames. Just as the flames reached the red dragon, they glowed black and encased it.

ooc: Elaine saw the girl weeping on her knees and knew she couldn't leave her like that.
"Come with me, if Zayl's tried to capture you once he'll try again"
She pulled a handkerchief out of a pocket and held it out to her.
"I'm Elaine and i know how uncomfortable being in a dragon's claws are"

Saheit took the handkerchief and rose tears running down her face "thank you" she went along "is there any chance he'll change?" Saheit knew she had to ask because if there was anyway she could save him she would take the risk even if it ment she had to sacrifice herself in the process. Then a thought popped into her head maybe if she had time alone with him she could change him. yes that might just work but how she could run and get captured but to do this she must save all her strenghth because if the worst happened she could rely on her magic. What if he really never cared for her and would use her she did not want to risk the life of others. What was she to do take the chance and run or stay and be loyal to those she had once traveled with once again she was torn. Her face was tear stained but she was no longger crying she was thinking......

Zayl saw they young elf pass by. He was happy to see her, he knew she was very powerful. Maybe he could persuade her to join him. Yes that's it. Zayl dismounted his dragon upon a cliff. He ordered his dragon to fetch the elf and bring her back up the hill when he had her. The dragon was off, already diving for her.

"Dragon incoming!" Elaine ran for the trees spells flashing through her head to save them. She remembered a good spell and hid behind the trees. She was ready for the dragon.
She prepared the magic and waited where she couldn't be seen.

Sundavar swooped low and dropped D'ran on the ground near the trees. "Watch him." Sundavar growled as he passed by, never slowing. Ok Zayl.. Your turn. He thought as he flew straight for Zayl's dragon. Sundavar lowered his head as he slammed full force into the other dragon. He quickly whipped his neck back around and grabbed ahold of its leg. Sundavar chomped down hard. "Some help Kagraign?" He muttered through his jaws.

Saheit had to act fast she did not need any guilt she just needed a chance to be alone with Zayl she knew she couldn't be persuaded to bad atleast thats what she thought....could she? either way she WAS going to take the chance. "Stop please you can't do this don't risk your lifes for me i'm not worth it. "Amidst the fighting she did not think sh ewas heard so now some what alone out of reach of anyones arms she wispered "I'm sorry" she ran for Zayl. She stopped right in front of him " Bring me somewhere, anywhere please just not here." She looked at him and could not tell if she had made the right choice she had always been so loyal but now she wasn't sure what she was doing anymore she had a questioning look on her face but did not expect an anwser then she thought what happens if he wont take me with him will i be able to go with the others? she knew it all depended on him.

His dragon had been bit, it was bleeding from it's foot. Jackal didn't look fazed but Zayl could feel his power draining with the injury. He looked forward and saw they young woman standing before him yelling out to him. "Ok fine," he uttered. He called for Jackal to fly in low, he was weakining fast so he had his dragon go to a clearing close to where they were. "Ok let's talk" said Zayl as they both dismounted Jackal. He looked at the wound before and uttered "Waise Heal" and some of the wound sealed up. He let Jackal rest awhile after fighting so many dragons. His army was crippling too, he had to reinforce soon but not before talking to Sahiet.

Zantya cried out in pain as an arrow burowed itself in her backside. She was fighting with an zombie and didn't have time to take it out. The zombies swarmed around her. She had to do something. " " Star I know this may hurt, but give me strenght." Zantya said, and an purpleish black orb surounded her, and the air began to swirl. It soon was a catagory five cyclone. It made it's way around her, and soon she was picked up. The red dragon was sucked into it and thrown away like a toy, and the zombies fell apart like broken toys. All her friends were brought into the middle of it, but they weren't picked up. Only Zantya was pulled from the ground. Star Gazer was at the top of the cyclone, beating her wings furiously. She was powering it with all of her might. " All of my friends, you shall be safe in here, for as long as I can hold it." Zantya screamed over the roar.

IC: Saheit threw her arms around Zayl, then backed off and looked at him. Sundenly she heard something it was like a low humming she looked around frantically but no one else seemed effected she couldn't tell whose voice it was or what they were saying. Suddenly she dropped to the ground without warning.

Sundavar watched Saheit with worry. How could she just go to him like that... Doesn't she know all that he has done? Sundavar promised his self not to get in the way of what others do though so he landed gently and watched the elf fall to her knees. (Right?) Sadness struck him as she fell and an almost iresistable urge to rush to her to see what was wrong.

Zayl saw the young woman faint in front of him. He knew not why but she seemed weak. He noticed Sundaver stare at he and she hugging, "Good, two birds with one stone" Zayl thought. He bent down low and gently put his hand over her head. He felt what troubled her, he picked her, she weighed like a feather. He moved quickly towards his dragon and took off with the elf in his lap.

Saheit slowly opened her eyes and looked up. She saw Zayl and smiled a little "where am i?" she waited for his anwser then she fell back asleep. Her energy was drained she had no choice someone was cursing her but who? the voice she heard was trying to drain her energy perhaps to find her and keep her in one place. But for now she felt safe enough to drift off to sleep peaceful wonderful sleep.....

Sundavar stared at where Saheit had been. He even didn't take when D'ran sturred and rose up. "Sundavar..." D'ran said with a slur. "What happened?" Sundavar didn't answer, he was still wondering what Saheit would be thinking and how he should tell D'ran. D'ran simply blinked and sat beside the Wyrm.

Star Gazer fell from the sky with esaustion(sp) and was dropping fast. Zantya put up her hand and Star Gazer stopped, mid-fall, Zantya lowered her carfully, and then dropped the cyclone as soon as Zayl was gone. Zantya sat down next to Star's head and rubbed her over her nose. Her dragon was tired as was she. She had been fighting and had no sleep, plus she had an arrow in her back, that she pulled out. Star Gazer lifted her head as she smelled fresh blood. Zantya laughed at her worry and threw away the arrow, and then Reb came back. Star gave a toothy grin to her, and then lay her head back down. " Did I miss much?" Reb asked then felt her back. It was on fire, but she would live.

Zayl watched as the young woman slept. She was completely drained, literally. But more than a usual elf should be, she looked deathly white. He didn't want to lose her, he still needed her for his master. "Jackal, could you find out who's at least saying the enchantment binding her? Zayl asked, not sounding too worried. "I could try" said Jackal and his nose met the elves forehead. Zayl put his hand on the forehead as well, he could at least distain where the source was coming from. Back the other way perhaps, yes it was back with the other group that the source was coming from. "Fine, we turn back to kill the source so I can learn what I need for my master" Zayl said, and Jackal nodded. He looked at Saheit and thought of what to do with her in the meantime. "It'd be best to bring her with us" thought Zayl and they went back to kill whatever was causing Sahiet to drift in and out of conciousness.

IC: Saheit awoke gasping for air she couldn't breathe. She was struggling to keep concious with the lack of air then her fit subsided she slowly calmed down and asked in a serious tone "where am i?" Saheit did not remember the last thing she remembered was colapsing at Zayl's feet. "Take me down, take me down NOW. I need to get out of here" Saheit had a worried look in her eye she knew that if something was trying to cause her harm it wasn't going to stop at her. "If you do not bring me to the ground i swear i will jump." She was not joking but she knew if she jumped the worst that would happen is she would break a few bones. But then rationality flooded into her mind she could just use her magic but she was still drained of energy. THis time she spoke softly "Please bring me to the ground I have made a horrible choice." she looked away she did not ant to face the fact that he wasn't going to change not even for her and the safest choice was to beg for forgivness and go back to her friends.

"Ok if you want to get down so bad" thought Zayl as he had his dragon lowered. "I thought me and you were going to cooperate but I guess I was wrong" said Zayl, "If she isn't going to stay with me there is no reason why I should be helping her" Zayl thought and he get back on his dragon. "See ya around real soon" said Zayl and he and Jackal were off back towards his army.

Saheit looked around and relized she had no idea where she was. What was that supose to mean REAL soon? there is no time for that now. Saheit sat down and crossed her legs she had regained most of her strength. She closed her eyes and concentrated chanting words very low but without flaw. she needed to find out where the others were. Then a picture came to her mind she knew where she had to go she opened her eyes and took in a deep breathe how could she be so stupid? why did she go with him at all? Saheit stop thinking about the past you need to work towards the future. She looked through her weapons her long sword on her side which had been made special for her and her arrows the rest of her weapons were in tack she knew she was going to have to fight this time but it didn't matter. she got everything together and started running in their direction.

ic: Elaine was lost, tired and scared. When Saheit had run to Zayl she'd run in the other direction and found a place to be alone. The problem was she didn't know where anything was, and her leg was bleeding again.
Think Elaine, think! she thought throwing her head into her hands What did you want defore you met them? I wanted to find my brother
Elaine stood up and started walking, somehow she was going to find her brother.

Saheit suddenly saw Elaine and ran towards her she was sitting with her face covered"are you okay your bleeding, I'm so sorry i shouldn't have left please let me help you. I know how to heal' She looked at Elaine she felt so bad it was her fault she could have helped earlier "please"

IC: Wil scanned the horizon from Kagraign's back. Where is he? Wil thought. Then, he saw Zayl retreating behind his own forces. "Kagraign, there!" he shouted. Kagraign shot toward Zayl. As they approached, Wil jumped from Kagraign's back to the other dragon's back. He was holding onto the ivory spike right behind Zayl. He was battered as he tried to hang on. He got a nasty gash on his arm. He looked and saw one of the spikes was bloodstained. Curse these stupid dragon spikes! he thought. "Dragon, stop thrashing or your master's throat will be cut!" he shouted to the dragon. He slipped a small knife out of his boot and held it around the spike to Zayl's throat. He chanced letting go for two seconds and muttered, "Waise hiel" His arm was sewn up and he caught his balance again barely in time.

Elaine smiled and tried to get up again but her leg hurt too badly.
"Thank you" she said knowing she needed to be healed.
"What happened between you and Zayl?" She asked "I remember when I met him he offered to protect me and i turned him down!! He offered to be my guardian and now he wants me dead. He was so convincing I had no idea he was evil."

Knife at his master's throat, Jackal had to act fast. He sprayed his fiery fire at Wil to try to lose a grip on Zayl but the man wouldn't take it down that hard. Zayl twisted around the boot and launch out of the saddle on top of the other dragon's head. Zayl drew his knife out his boot strap, "Now who's got who?" asked Zayl as he outstreched the blade towards Wil.

OOC: Sorry if I seem a little god modey, trust trying to seem more like powerful so the battle can go on.

OOC: I get it. Sometimes to keep your end going you've gotta move someone else just a bit.

IC:Wil looked at Zayl who was flying pitifully around on Kagraign's shaking head. He himself was dodging fire while hanging onto the ivory spike for dear life. "It all comes down to who values his dragon's life more." Wil said simply. He dropped onto the dragon's flank and drew a barbed arrow and his yew bow. He aimed the arrow at the dragon's head. "Do you value this young dragon's life, or would you throw it away like your countless victims that you disposed of to raise the beast?" He then turned his head toward Jackal. "And you, dragon, what makes you think that he won't get rid of you as well? How do you know that he will not get bored of you and mercilessly kill you?" Wil asked. Wil, we've got a problem. This dragon is flying on it's own course, toward Zayl's master. Kagraign cut in. Wil knew that he couldn't face this man's master just yet. He had to act fast. He let loose the arrow, a little off his mark. The arrow grazed the dragon's neck, causing blood to splatter out, and Wil took the chance to leap to Kagraign and kick Zayl off his head. Wil watched the man fall as Kagraign stopped and Wil made his way to Kag's back.[/i]

Star Gazer laughed at Reb, but then the two of them noticed that everyone but D'ran was gone. Reb got up and walked over to D'ran. " I haven't seen you in awhile." Reb said sadly. " Are you okay?" She asked then looked him over to see if he was injured. She didn't find a scratch and then sat down next to Star Gazer.

OOC: Sorry I haven't been on my comp had a virus

IC: Sahiet healed Elaine "there, well I relized he had changed and i wasn't going to be able to change him..." Saheit looked down she didn't want her sadness to show she felt as though she did not have a reason to keep fighting she couldn't know for sure if her brother really was alive and if she really did make it would she be able to find him. Thinking of this she remember the first time she joined the journey she had been walking by and saw D'ran about to fight and trying to settle it then she remembered how she could not help but flirt with him....he really had cared for her and she had just turned her back on him. By this time in her deep thought she was crying...she knew she had made a horrible mistake. "Oh I'm very sorry you must think I'm so pittiful I left him because I had a dream that he was going to turn me againt all of you so i was scared and ran he's looking for a weak person or one he can change and I've remembered i came to help D'ran and find my brother so I need to do what i came to do" then the worst thought apeared in her mind what happens if my brother is helping Zayl or if Zayl has him....no she wasn't going to think about that. " We need to go help fight are you up for it you will be fine but if you aren't ready to fight you can stay back I promised to help and i will"

Elaine looked into her eyes and saw her sorrow, she was crying and Elaine knew she had to help her.
"I was going to search for my brother but i have no idea if he's even alive. I'll fight with you but I'm only ten I'm not very experienced" she tried to smile but she was too tired "Do you think we should find the others?"

D'ran sighed and turned his head to Reb. "What did I miss?" He said simply. "And where did everyone go?" He sighed again and looked around for Horal. D'ran saw the bird in a nearby tree and turned his head forward. "Somethin' doesn't feel right" He thought out loud. "Its... Different... To say the least. Like something is going to happen.. But what?"

Zayl had gotten out of Wil's grasp quick enough for him to jump to Jackal and they flew back to the castle. "Time to release the prisoner" thought Zayl, "Once she sees him, she will crawl back to us." Zayl walked down to the lower levels of his master humble abode. He got to the entrance of the dungeon and opened the door, then Zayl walked smoothly down the hall to the last cell. He peered inside to his visitor dangling upside down with his legs crooked. Zayl used his key to open the door. The man awoke slowly, "Well it's time we got that little sister of yours" said Zayl. "What?" asked the man. "Yes, your sister is very much alive and it's time I put my plan more brutally into action." He got nearer to the man and slashed his feet off wish his personal blade, the man's leg's were bleeding utterly. "Well looks like you've still got some blood in you" said Zayl as he dragged him up the stairs feet first.
