I don't know much about Eragon but I would like to read "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown. Maybe during my next vacation, I will read one of the Eragon books. It's like Lord of the Rings, right?

My favorite book of all time has got to be The Ring of Five Dragons by Eric Van Lustbader. It's a Science Fiction/Fantasy book. VERY GOOD writing in there!

Saphira's Wind, I also like Harry Potter. I am creating a forum and when it is complete it would be great if you could join. But in the interest of staying on topic, please carry on with your conversation, Louis.

I tried reading Lord of the Rings. It was too boring to continue. i stopped after 3 chapters....
You should read the dark trilogy by Phillip Pullman.
1. The Northern Lights
2. The Subtle Knife
3. The Amber Spyglass

i'm sorry people, but lord of the rings is just DUMB. and looooooong. harry potter is okay, but i don't get into it like some people!! i just borrow the books from other peeps because in my opinion, twenty or thirty dollars for a fat book that isn't particularly good is a WASTE OF MONEY. totally. but then again i don't really have a favorite book. i like "deathwatch" by robb white, but most his other books i've read are also boring.

the two princesses of bamarre
"two sisters in a magical kingdom, Princess Meryl and princess Addie. One is brave, the other is fearful and both are as close as sister can be. Meryl has promised Adie her sister that she will stay with her until Addie is married, to fight Addie's dragons and to defend her sister from evil. But when disaste strikes, it is Addie who must overcome her fear and set out on a perilous quest. She must face ogres and spectres, gryphons and dragons, for it is down to Addie to save her kingdom, and to save her sister's life!"

I was currenly reading a french canadian series called Les Chevalier D'emeraude or in english something like this The emeradle knights. It is a really good book and the best thing about it is that the authos wants to write aroud 12 of these books which are 400 pages. On the site they say that they should eventually be in english.

I have some =D
First of all, Anything by Tamora Pierce. Those aren't sad at all. They might have some points, but from what I can remember, I didn't get sad when reading them. And Also anything by Erin Hunter. Those are a bit more sad then Tamora Pierce's books, but they aren't that sad...
=)

what theres 2 more books???
well u could think of the end as he dying or seeing a house in the distence and living happily ever after
but that is also a bad ending
well i would never want that idea to become real in the future, about the perfect pace that would be so boring...

i think that book is actually pretty good. it had like, potential and stuff. i can't believe the author could think that stuff up... except the ending. WAY TO KILL A STORY. sheesh. it's like, "whoa, i'm brilliant. i all came up with this awesome book but i don't know how to end it... oh well, i simply WON'T end it". oh my gosh i almost died. we had to read it for school... twice.

good book
the author of that book visited our skool
i thought she was a bit stuck up
but then again she has a best selling book so...
when she was little she lived in china for a little while
she said she got some of her ideas from there
cause they lived in this small american town secluded from the rest of china
w/ like walls and stuff
it musta felt like jail
