 Darkness RisingEschelon was in the islands. He did not know why, or really how he got there, but he was there. He felt something interesting, and everyone knew that Eschelon loved something interesting.
The huge dragon landed with a large thud on the small island of Uden. He had never flown tthis far south before, but really liked the balance of heat and coolness from the waves and the Sun. He looked around and noticed that the isle was uninhbited by anything but small animals and the odd deer. He liked the peacefullness, until he felt the air above him grow both cold and dark. He roared in suprise, but it was topo late to do anything. Large claws of darkness gripped him around his middle and pulled him deep, under the island. IC: Elsar was flying high above Uden looking for his home village when he saw A hunormus dragon being pulled underneath the island. Who is that? I think they need some help, Elsar thought to himself. He dove down to were the dragon was and looked around. Just then the same claws of darkness grabbed him and pulled him under the island as well. _________________ I guess this can be my signature for now..... |

Re: Darkness Rising OOC: I am done waiting, we will continue the RPG with or without anyone else.
IC: Eschelon roared loudly and pulled left and right to try and get away from the darkness that was trying to take him. He fought with all of his great might, but to no avail. The darkness pulled both him and the small red dragon down, deep, deeper than Eschelon had ever even heard of. Into the land of blackness itself. Eschelon woke up to darkness. He could see nothign and could hear nothing other than the other dragon, he supposed. He murmered a small spell in the Deep Magic and closed his eyes in suprise when a shining silver ligh tlit the room. He looked about and saw nothing, other than a rock wall and the other dragon. He said, How do I, one of the elder dragons get into a mess like this. He moved about the cavern and looked with his "light" and saw that there was neither an entrance, nor an exit. Re: Darkness Rising Hello I am Elsar, who are you? Im going to see how high this place is and I will tell you. Elsar spread out his wings and jumped into the air. He continued to fly up for a short amount of time when he hit the ceiling and fell back to the ground. He landed on his stomach with a huge thump. Where even are we?

Re: Darkness Rising I am called Eschelon, the ancient. said Eschelon to the young red dragon. He watched as the young dragon flew up as high as possible, and then fell back down with a loud thud. He said, I do not know why we are here, other than that the darkness pulled us here, nor do I know exactly where we are, if I had to guess, we are somewhere under the island of Uden.

He said, No, I do not have a rider, I was around long before the elves landed on these shores, I was old before the riders were even formed, so no I do not have a rider. But, I think I can get us out of here. said the old dragon as he walked over to the wall. He raised a large fore claw and hit it with all his might. It gave slightly. He hit it again, this time making a small crack in the black stone. He continued until there was a hole large enough for the other dragon to get through he said, Soon I will get out also, I just wonder what is was that brought us down here.

Elsar watch as the huge dragon pounded against the wall and he saw the hole he made. Ok I will go ahead. Elsar walked through the hole. Ill wait here until you can get through.

Alright, I will be ther ein a minute. said the large dragon as he casted a small spell on the wall and created a massive hole, large enough for Eschelon to pass through. He walked out, and ovserved their surroundings. There were small humanoid beings hopping about, with great agility and speed. They held very sharp small spears and daggers. Eschelon muttered to himself, Goblins.

Re: Darkness Rising Wow first dwarves, then elves, then humans, and now Goblins? Are they violent or anything? Also how did you just use magic when dragons cant use magic at will. I also thought that dragons dont cast spells they just do magic when ever they are able to.

Re: Darkness Rising My magic, I can control because it is not the natural Alagesian Magoc, nor its it the normal magic that permiates the entire world. My magic is called Deep Magic. I and a single elf are the only two creatures alive with the ability to control it. It is not natural. I can manipulate it wiohoug words, but simply by will. It still takes energy though. As to are they violent, I am not sure but they hold those spears and daggers with experienced hands, they seem to be at least partially violent. said the large tan colored dragon to the young red dragon.

Elizabeth was flying with Seth in her arms when she saw the two dragons draged into the island. " We should help Seth they might need it" " yes you're right lets go help them." replied the tiny dragon in Elizabeth's arms. " Ok them hold on tight!" said elizabeth as she folded her wings in and prepaered to land. But Elizabeth never got the chanse. The darkness swoped in and caught her as well and she and Seth were propeled into darkness. When Elizabeth awoke she was on a cold floor with Seth beside her and a huge tan dragon looming over her. _________________ may your swords stay sharp! You are indeed wise and experienced! You may encounter foes along your path and you are definitely brave enough to face them. However, you are wise enough to know when you can avoid a fight and save your energy.
