That name should be available, and I'll change it, but just know it's your duty to keep people apprised of who you are should the issue crop up. Being that you're relatively new, that shouldn't be a problem though.

To the larger audience; this does not mean you can bombard me with change requests. The policy exists because it's unfairly confusing if users are changing their names every 10 minutes.

Therefore, the subsequent rule will now come into effect.

All users are allowed ONE requested name change. It is suggested that the user take some time to consider this action, as it will only be performed ONCE. There are no exceptions, unless there is a spelling mistake or another extenuating circumstance. It is your responsibility to make sure there is no confusing amongst your peers here on the website.
