When I was a noob way back when it took me 6 months to get 300 posts. I also was afraid of everyone, but you're generally correct.

The admins changed it because people were getting there quite fast. Inflation.

Well the dragonrider overloads when on strike asking for a raise and we ultimately had to cave in and give them what they wanted

300 has become way too easy for the majority of the people on the forum. So people can do that in has little has 3 days. The idea was that those users would have been on SF long enough that they would know the rules and be able to post sensibly. I don't think you can learn much in 3 days.

We might do another change to the criteria soon once more, but it will not be a post requirement.

I wore my SF tee shirt to school today, but now I have a problem if I wash the shirt, I won't be able to wear it again (it's cotton and not pre-shrunk) so like, now what?

Best one is just explain where you want your character to be in detail and then say there is a noise or something to leave opening for another character.
