I think that , when galby'will be dead , Shruikan will come to Eragon and Saphira , and he'll find another rider . I like to think he'll be good dragon ... what say u ??

How would Shruikan get another rider? You know that if he lost his original rider, he wouldn't accept another one.

well he could be a teaching dragon so he helps Oromis with teaching new riders and there dragons.

He never accepted galby. He isn't emotionally attached. Its like galby tied a chain to shuriekan that breaking would kill you.

Shruikan is probably controlled. Like a sort of slave, and he has no free will and is full of misery. He was probably taken as a hatchling, so he wasn't completely attached to his former rider. I would like to know how as well.

shruikan is a slave of galbatorix and probably when galatorix's dark spells wold gone, shruikan would be good and probably get a new rider (don't forget that the dargon haave a very large power that even them don't now it totally)

I am really confused on this topic... Shruiken was screwed up by Galby's dark magic but dragons are wise, If Galby Really did die I think that the dragon wouldn't be good because it just doesnt seem that plausible. But hey this is Christopher Paolinii we are talking about, he never hesitates to come up with some twist in the series that can blow our socks off.

its probably that when galby dies, shruikan mai not remember what has hapened to him. and why if the dragons are wise, shruikan would be bad?
