I think he has to speak his true name into the vault then not ERagon.

If im not mistaken, he is actually told to speak his true name while standing on the rock of... something in the Vault of Souls. But I think he will be able to talk to the dead, which can tell him things about gallabatorix, e.g. how to break his hold on the dragon and Murtagh.

i think, if he sacrifies a someone on the rock of something, then he can take one soul out

a someone? The only someone there should be himself, and Saphira. And I seriously doubt CP will go for the self-sacrifice for Eragon, though possibly, he can somehow seal himself and someone else in the Vault? Hence "Vault?" Maybe it only locks from the inside? Remember the topics about him being banished from the land or whatever. That would actually fit <.<;;

I doubt Brom will come back at all, Eragon may get the power to speak to the dead and then he may talk to Brom but i think thats as far as Brom will go

I think it would be really cool if Brom came back into the books somehow. It's possible. It could be something like on Lord of the Rings when Gandalf comes back. But i think that he will be able to speak with people at the Vault of Souls.
