Someone put a freaking plug in my creativity, please. >.< I have one more, I swear, and then I'm done, I swear. Rathon helped me a little bit with creating Jessa, telling me the details of Reapers and of their homeland, Dedarath, so thanks, Rathon, for putting up with all of my questions. Name: - Jessa Hinote Karite (more affectionately known as Jes by family and friends)
Age:- 341 (15 1/2)
Gender: - Female
Skills: 1) Seals: Jessa can control the 8 Reapric Seals of Heaven, Earth, Hell, Void, Reapric, Chaos, Unnamed, and Death. This is not magic as it does not require any words from the Ancient Language, but it does require a knowledge of Reapric Runes and their meanings. Although like magic in the sense that use of the seals is very taxing on the body. Heaven Seals are used mostly for purification and healing and manipulation of Heavenly Elements (Air, lightning, light). Earth Seals are used more for building or shielding or manipulation of Earth Elements (metal, rock, dirt, water). Hell Seals are used more for fire based destruction and manipulation of Fire Element. Void Seals are more used for reincarnation of spirits or reanimation of dead bodies, like zombies; the Void seal has many other uses and is like the "other" category. Reaper Seals are used for communication over long distances and summoning her weapons. Chaos Seals are the most dangerous seal Jessa could use, so dangerous that they were banned from use in her home land. The only ones allowed to use them were the King and Queen, and even then only in dire emergencies. The reason they are so dangerous is because they can do everything the other seals can, except with more power but with equal strain on the body. (If a Hell Seal had a power of 50 with 5 rings, a Chaos Seal would have 100 with 5 rings.) The down side to using them is that they are unpredictable. You may tell it to light a small camp fire, but instead it wanted to light the forest around you on fire, or light a small fire on your head, or not even light a fire but summon a dead soul; this is why they are called Chaos Seals, there is no predicting what they will do. Although these are not what they are solely bound to do, it is what they are best at. Seals can also be placed on things to enhance that items ability (Hell Seal is put on a sword, that sword with burst into flame). Death Seals are the last seal a young Reaper will learn, as these seals are the most deadly. Death Seals control time, spirits, and death itself. At best, it can raise the dead and reverse time to prevent something bad from happening. At it's worst, it can instantly kill someone, raise an army of undead soldiers and pause time so she can attack undisturbed. Jessa abhors Death Seals and actually refused to continue learning about them once she realized the consequences of using them, therefore she actually can't use them now due to lack of knowledge. Also, sometimes she may say an incantation for a Seal which increases it's power, however while she is saying the incantation she is very vulnerable to attack.
2) Instant Transmission/Teleportation: This is used to get away very quickly. As the name suggests it will take Jessa from one place to another in the blink of an eye, but the farther away, the more energy she must use.
3) True Form: This skill allows Jessa to unleash her true potential. An example, normally she would only be able to use one Seal at a time, but in this state she can use all 8 without becoming drained. The draw back is that she will have to rest for twice as long as she keeps the form. (2 days in form = 4 days rest) 3A) Demon Form- In this form, the only seals that Jessa can use are those meant for destruction. Their power is upped 10 fold. Her appearance changes as well, her skin turns pitch black, her eyes turn to flame, and 4 six-foot black angel wings sprout from her back. 3B) Angel Form- In this form, Jessa can only use seals meant for healing or restoration. Their power is upped 10 fold. Her appearance changes as well, her skin begins to glow with a white light, her eyes turn white, she gains a golden halo, and 2 white angel wings.
4) Telekinesis: Jessa can move things with her mind. The first thing she moved was, actually, a toy that her older brother Ka had been playing with. Kane had been in the room at the time and noticed the movement. After a few weeks of testing she was sent to Glan'nari to deepen her training with her special ability and also with her Seals. The length of time that she can do this is still quiet short, even for a small object like an arrow, but she is getting stronger all the time. The bigger the item she attempts to move the more concentration and energy she must use. Some things are completely out of her reach, such as a dragon. She can't even budge one of them, but something closer to the size of a horse, such as a horse itself, a Gryphon, or a Lethrblaka, she can push back at least a yard, but even this exhausts her and leaves her low on strength for a few minutes before she has recovered from the energy drain. During battle she can not use this ability at all; she must be still and focus, and battle does not allow for that easily.

Hair: - Steel silver with some streaks of red in her bangs, and just long enough to reach her chin on the sides and back and hide her eyes.
Eyes: - Soft blue-grey
Home Village: - She comes from a land known as Dedarath, south of Surda and the Beor Mountains. She was born in the Capital city of Irestol, but she was sent to Glan'nari for further training.
Parents: - Kane and Reana Karite (both dead)
Siblings: - Kale Hinote Karite (alive) Rathon Hinote Karite (alive)
Character Personality: - Jessa is a fun loving Reaper with a dry sense of humor. Her soft blue-grey eyes always sparkle and glitter with a teasing light, even in the tensest of situations. She's rarely ever cold or mean, except to those that pick on her friends and family, but even then she reduces them to pieces with only her sharp-tongued retorts. She's not truly a jokster, much, nor is she one to pull a prank, but if someone has been pranked she is the first one to start laughing. She doesn't really take anything seriously, particularly if someone is being a jerk to her or to a friend. She knows it's just a show, all hot air. All during her training she would always have a smile on her face, even when she was learning about Chaos Seals and of the dangerous consequences that came with using them, she would just smile at her instructor, her soft blue-grey eyes gleaming from some inner joke. During training she would occasionally try to wriggle her way out of a practice duel. She prefers to avoid violence and death if she can help it, but she is like a wild cat once she gets into it; ferocious and difficult to restrain. She's not easily provoked, on the surface at least. She emits a calm attitude with the fun loving and happy-go-lucky face, but inside, if someone is goading her to a fight, she will happily oblige them, always with a grin. To her request, no one at Glan'nari knew precisely who she was, which she preferred. She doesn't like to be called by her title, and its fun to see the upstarts that say she's a weak fighter be shown who's really the boss. Downright hilarious, actually. She is a quiet one, observing and watching, looking for something that she can laugh at without making someone angry or offending anyone. She does not wish to offend someone by laughing at them, and if she has knowledge that she has she will apologize instantly.
Character History: - Jessa's earliest memory is of playing with her older brother, Ka, in the nursery. She remembers watching jealously as he played with a toy that she had been waiting to play with for what seemed like an eternity (she was a toddler, of course it seemed like an eternity). Abruptly the toy was in her hands, and a wide smile pulled at her shell pink lips. Her father had been in the room and seen the display of power. After a few more days someone came to her and tested her. They asked her to concentrate on a small object and will it to move. She did, although it was tiring to her. After two weeks of this she was told to say good bye to her brothers and her mother and father and that she was going to the mountain city, Glan'nari, for extensive training. For several years all her trainers focused on was her telekinesis, but gradually they branched out into the 8 Reapric Seals. She enjoys Heaven Seals the most, as they are probably the least destructive. Several more years passed and she began to focus on her scythe skills. She doesn't really enjoy this weapon, as it is one of death. She only uses it when she has to. One day while in the herbal garden she showed an interest in the poisonous plants. The garden keeper proceeded to teach her everything he knew about poisonous plants and herbs. She liked this method of delivering a death blow. Most of the poisons worked quickly and caused little pain. If she had to kill, she preferred to kill that way. She approached one of her teachers and asked if she could be taught how to prepare poisons. They agreed, elated that she showed an interest in such a deadly field. She immersed herself in the study, determined to learn everything about poisonous herbs and poisons that she could. By the time she was 13 in human years, she had even surpassed her teachers in a few areas. At 14 in human years, she felt a shift in the land of Dedarath. Something was happening. During a quiet evening while she was studying, she heard a commotion out in the hall. She heard a scream. Her room door crashed open and one of her closest girl friends rushed in. Tekia warned her that someone knew her she was and that she needed to leave. She trusted Tekia with her life and instantly prepared to leave. She gave Tekia a fierce hug, thanking her for the warning, and then she teleported. She appeared just inside the Beor Mountain range of Alagaësia. Teleporting had never been her strong point, so even just that small Port had tired her. She ran steadily northwest to Surda, where she bought a horse, and she still continues on a steady trek north. She has no idea of where she is going, she only knows that she is being pursued and that she must stay ahead of them. When she has just turned 15 1/2, she found evidence that her brothers were also in Alagaësia. She now searches for them wherever she can while staying away from her pursuers, who still tail her even after a year and a half.

Likes: - Sunshine, nature, spending time with her friends, going for a good gallop with her mare
Dislikes: - Dragons, Gryphons, Lethrblaka, Ra'zac, people that purposefully belittle or hurt others that are below them.
Weakness: - Much the same as her brothers; if she is restrained from moving she 'shuts down' from fear.
Fear: - That she will not find her brothers or worse, find them dead.
Animal Companions: - A beautiful grey mare that she bought in Surda. As soon as she can, she plans on releasing the horse into the wild with a Seal or two to help it survive.
Character's Physical Description: - Jessa is not really small or petite in many ways. She finds it confusing as to why the females of Alagaësia are so weak and helpless. She is roughly 5 foot 3 inches tall with steel silver hair that has streaks of red in the bangs that hang over her soft blue-grey eyes and slopes up from her chin to the back of her head. On the back of her neck from her hairline to the nape of her neck there is a Seal. More of a family crest, actually. It is nearly invisible to the eye, as it is the color of her skin, except for when a member of the Royal family is close by, and even then it is faint. The Seal is a circle with a seven point star in the center, each point representing a member of the family. The point at the top is Jessa's, her brothers are on either side of her, Kale on the left, Rathon on the right, Kane, her father, below Rathon, and Reana, her mother, below Kale. Her skin is a delicate ivory and refuses to tan, no matter how much sun she's under, her skin will not darken. She usually wears a dark green tunic with a scooped neckline and tie around the waist and loose black ankle length trousers that allow her to maneuver. Her Kusari hangs from her weapons belt beside her vials of poisons underneath her long black traveling cloak.
Dreams for the Future: - Find her brothers.
Reason for Dreams: - She has no family left and she will be alone if they are gone.
Alignment/side: - Whatever side her brothers are on when she finds them.
