Yes i would love to be a Dragon Rider! That is so cool to have something bigger then life and wise as the elders but as younge as a new born and be able to be the rider of it and be powerful and i would just the love it!

Honestly I wouldn't want that much popularity and some of the power. Sure, it would be a great experince, having a dragon and fighting with one, and if the story were real and I actually did decide to train and become a rider, then I would choose to be an evil rider, not a good one. Still I would have my own agenda and do my own things, and I wouldn't want a dragon as a burden. I could still learn magic and "rider skills" even if I wasn't a rider.

Hmm.......let me think......if i joined this site, then my answer would be....obviously....YES!!!! i would LOVE to be a dragon rider.....i'd want either a sapphire blue one Saphira or a black one like Galbatorix's dragon......but i would of course want to be a dragon rider....the concept is AMAZING!!!!

i would love to b not a Rider, but a dragon bound to a Rider. so in a way, that would make me a Rider, but not neccessarily. recall that most of the things the Riders did would not have been possible if it wasn't for the dragons.

I actually wouldn't want to be a Dragon Rider if I was the only one and there was some "huge evil force" that I needed to dispose of for the good of millions. I would do it if I had to but there would be so much pressure. However, if there was still a lot of Dragon Riders and/or there was no "huge evil force" then I would love to be a Rider. I wouldn't mind if there were little "evil" things for me to get rid of, it would be sort of nice to be looked up to and have a sense duty.

I think having that pressure on my back whould make me want to be a rider more. I guess becuase it would give me the determination to do it if it would be for the good of millions. Also it seems mor exciting to know how important you are to the world. Though, It is kinda sad that you would be the last rider and if i were in an exact position as eragon, It would make me feel sick to hear that my dragon was the last female alive, and she is the only haope for her race.

That would be awesome to be a Dragon Rider, to help all in need, be the Rider of a Dragon that is as wise or wiser then most Scollars, and to have the powers to do things that would have killed you before.

i dont belive that someday ill b one or something.... but the question on this topic was would you want to be one... and my answer is yes i would. now do i belive in dragons, well thats a different story, every see the show dragons on tv. it makes you really belive that dragons once existed. they did a whole anatomy of it and everything.... if you never saw it you wouldnt know what im talking about though... and i can't explain the whole thing...

It'd be scary knowing that one wrong choice could lead the fall to the varden and to the hope of the human, elven, and drawven race. But If I got to choose I'd want a black or purple dragon...and I'd prefer it to be a male.
