Re: Vacation?? i think we're going to florida this summer with ALL our family!! it's gonna be awesome! esp since the last time i went to DisneyWorld was when i was seven or eight lol. can't wait to hit some rides and check out the safari lol. and the tower of terror..... we went on that a little while after it came out.... and epcot, that was cool too. i liked test track lol

Re: Vacation?? the Space Mountain ride was awesome!! the whole thing was indoors and there were no lights, except the track was glowing in the dark. it was a totally new experience, becuz i had never been on a ride with no lights!

Re: Vacation?? plus they have great shows like Terminator, Bugs' Life, Lion King, and Honey, I Shrunk the Audience (based on the movie 'Honey, I Shrunk the Kids')! i remember wen we went to Disney World a long time ago, and my family was watching the Lion King show, and the ppl chose me to dance with the dancers! it was rly weird, but fun too! i bet if we watch that same show this summer, the dancers will choose my little cousins! LMAO!!

Re: Vacation?? i cant wait this summer my boyfriend and i are going to north carolina for 3months for his work! its going to be sssooo much fun i have friends coming down there so they can visit and us girls can go to the beach. then we have other people coming down so we can all take out the motorcycle and check out the new scenary!!

Re: Vacation?? last summer! when we went on a cruise from cali to mexico! we went to disney land and universal studios also! and speaking of universal studios, i went to the house of horror or sumthin, and it was sooooo realistic, and kinda scary, at the time! they real ppl to scare you! and at the end, a butcher popped out of a wall with a bloody butcher's knife and was walking towards us! my mom got sooooo scared! she was like pulling me back! it was sooo funny! my sis was nearly crying! lol! i wasnt as scared tho! my family must've looked so stupid cuz we were over exaggerating everything! lol!

One thing's for sure, it's gonna b interesting!! Next year, for our senior class trip, we get to go to Disney World with our whole grade, but I def ain't going! First, it's like $800 for each person which is waaay too much, 2nd- I don't wanna go with ppl from school! My sibs are flying down for those things, but when they leave, me and my 'rents are going to go to Disneyland, cause it wont been busy and I've never been on Space Mountain! Re: Vacation?? yeah, i've been on Space Mountain in Disneyland! it was an awesome experience! all ur surroundings are pitch-black, so it's a roller coaster where u can't see anything but the different planets and stars. i actually forget a lot of the details, becuz i went there a long time ago. ur gonna have to tell me about the whole thing!

The first time we went to Disneyland it was closed cause they were getting ready for their 50th Anniversery and the second time the lies were so long we would've gotten in the line at 3 in the afternoon and finally gotten on the ride at 2 Am the next morning.

i went to 6 flags in new orleans! it was sooo fun! i went on the one water roller coaster (they dont rly count as roller coasters) 5 TIMES! lol! it was surprising how there were barely any long lines! keev, the trip was a VERY interesting one! (inside joke- so, captured dialga yet?! lmao!) |

hotels are also big parts of vacations, cuz they get me rly excited about the next day and stuff. my family stayed at one called Circus Circus, and it was the 4th biggest hotel in the world! that was fun_________________

Re: Vacation?? We spent a couple nights in Las Vegas a few years ago, and we were trying to find a room in one of the big hotels, but there was some kinda conference going on that weekend, so we had to to in the Best Western!

Re: Vacation?? yeah, best western is usually really nice, especially in Vegas, i would assume. lol i remember once when we went to florida and our best western had a pool and at like 8 or 9 it was a pleasant summer evening, not too hot, and after a whole day of amusement parks we went swimming in their huge heated pool..... lol sorry to get carried away but that memory's so vivid still, wish i could go back to that time......

I don't see how roller coasters are hazardous to health, unless u have the body of a 90 year old. It's just a psychological thing. But we still gotta split it into groups for the rides, u can't be walking around in a group of 20+ ppl all the time, it's too unorganized. |

Re: Vacation?? My favorite vacation was when me and my parents went to Disney World in Orlando, Florida and stayed in the Wilderness Lodge, which is a hotel there. I have been to Disney World six times, and plan on going there a whole lot more!

Re: Vacation?? Yes! I think it's called the Whispering Canyon, but I'm not sure. I've eaten there twice. My favorite part of staying at that hotel was when we got to ride the boats across the lake to the Magic Kingdom. Who knows, we might have seen each other, and just never knew that one day we would have a conversation on the Internet. But I kind of doubt it.
We have stayed at the Wilderness Lodge, the Caribbean Beach, the Old Key West, Port Orleans, and Dixie Landings. I think we're going to stay in the Grand Flordian one day when we go back, but I really don't think we're going this year. We might go to Washington, D.C. this summer.
