lol, black and red streaks would be awesome. My hair is dark brown and wavy, yet pretty long, but im going to straighten it and dye it black.

at the moment my hair is at my sholders and its light brown but that could change at any second

my hair is dark dark nasty greasy brown and i have been dying it since i was in 5th grade now it is a reddish brown but i used to dye it with brown with red streaks, brownish red with blonde streaks, brown with blond streaks and who knows what else

whats's wrong with long and brown?i have mine like that (well it's not long but's brown)

I never have dyed my hair... It's brown and short now, though it used to be almost shoulder length.

Dye does look good on some people, I would look funny.
I don't understand the preoccupation with people dying their hair blond.

i highlighted my hair about 4 months ago, but it looked really weird so i dyed it red.
i'm planning on doing something new with it again soon, this forum might help me decide what to do lol!

P.S. slightly random but related to hair-
my friend cut her hair when she gets bored, and then she got extensions, so now she has a short (boy hair short) layer of black hair adn a layer of a little-past-shoulder-length hair

Same here, I had long hair but the knots got real old after a while. I have too much hair for it to work long

My hair is long... It's a couple of inches past my shoulder blades. When it's wet (like now) it's kind of messy, but it looks silky and black. When it's dry, it's glossy and dark dark brown, with natural red highlights. (Although you can barely see them unless I'm in the sun or bright lights.) Right now I think it needs a couple of inches trimmed off. I HATE SPLIT ENDS!!! AAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!


Lol, I love being part Cherokee, gives ya great hair, which is where the dark brown/black comes from. (Or any other tribe of Native American for that matter.) Especially with a touch of Irish, the red highlights.

Nah, the only thing I don't like about my hair, is that it's to thick. When I braid it into a single braid, the braid is about 2inches thick. And I have to deal with that on a daily basis (brushing, washing, combing, etc.)

I'm somewhat back to normal from staying up all night Tuesday. I finally gave up and went to bed at noon on Wednesday. Then last night I went to bed at midnight, and I just woke up. It's 2:24pm, so I think I'll function somewhat better today. Anyway...

This has nothing to do with hair of course. I wish I could grow my hair long again, but I have so much of it I get all these knots. And it pisses me off.

Silver, I would think just seeing the armpit hair would be enough to make anybody puke, I know I would. But seeing his chest with a wrinkly horseshoe tatoo? I would definitely fall over and die from horror. I'm not a real big looks person, but there's only so much a sane person can take! (Ok, maybe only so much an INSANE person can take.)

My hair is impossible to do anything with when it's wet, so it's lucky I don't get sick easy. Otherwise I'd be knocked flat in the winter. (I have to sit with soaking hair, waiting for it to dry before I can comb and brush it.) And before somebody suggests any kind of blowdryer, it drys my hair out horrendously. It's not pretty at all when I try any kind of dryer on it, and neither is my mood, because it frustrates me VERY quickly.

Lol, no there wasn't a pic, I just made you scroll down to get you smack on the back of the head. But yeah, when I tried it, it fried my hair, and it made it look like red-brown wire. It was awful, and it was like that for a week. I'm lucky it was during a school holiday.

Because they think it messes with their manhood. Guys can be bigger sissies than girls, so I don't see what the problem is.

Actually it's just because we are stupid. That explains quite a few things...I don't use a dryer because I forget, and it is kind of dumb to me, which proves I am a typical guy...
