Oh, probably because it's done by the BBC (British broadcasting company). It goes back decades- really really old programme (I mean, my parents were watching it when they were kids!), but they re-made it and it's amazingly cool

The top of the page says this is a topic about "Doctor Who" which is a british TV show about a time traveling man and the exploits of him and his companions

Basically, the concept of doctor who- the doctor is the last of the "time lords" who travels through time and space with rose, and they meet freaky new creatures and basically save the world every time. It's actually a fantastic show, despite how weird it sounds. The doctor also changes his apperance every once in a while (he's only changed it once in the new version- at the convinient time when the first actor playing doctor who resigned lol) and he changed the way he looked about 9 times in the really old version (which went on for years). Just watch it lol.

The BBC have just made a spin-off of Dr Who called "Torchwood" which is actually an anagram of "Doctor Who" lol. I haven't watched it yet though.

fridays was sad, i mean why would the dr leave rose, andwho was the lady in the wedding dress

he couldn't do anything to get rose back. and the lady in the wedding dress is the rose replacement. Personaly i think they may be switching people around to much. I was very happy with this docter and rose.

Okay seriously, how about the season finale last week, and jack is the face of boe! that is so awsome

plz, he's not just a time traveler. he's THE TIME LORD! he has basically all control over time and space. and, to quote the Doctor, "I'm brilliant!" what do you all think of the Master? were you even expecting that? who knew there was another Time Lord.

btw, I hated it when Rose (officially) died. she was such a great character.

Oh but thats what makes Dr. Who fun, you've gotta have it over the top sometimes.

The Doctor is an over-the-top type of guy. It makes sense that they make the finales epic and worthy of his name, whatever the heck it is.

I can't wait for the next series and ive heard Rose is coming back somehow. I reli wonder how that is going to happen though..

thats wat i thought because she can't play a different character or anything because it wouldn't make sense but maybe the doctor accidentally gets stuck in her dimension? Or finds a way of getting her out?

My guess would be that a hole into her "dimension" will miraculously appear again and he can go through or something.

No, they won't do it like that. Doctor Who is much too intelligent of a show to go and do something like that.
