 Characters outside the eragon universe?Well, idk if anyone has already asked this question (possibly because all of you guys are still fan boys/girls of the eragon universe and haven't used things outside the universe. Don't get me wrong, I like the books and read them, but I'm not insane about them >.>) Anyways, I want to make this sure before I end up having to rewrite and application or something. I have two characters that I've always used in rping and both could be considered "out of place" int the universe. One is an abnormal human with wings and another is me stuck inside the rp forum (or alegasia for the other characters). So anyways, just asking and please answer as soon as possible

Re: Characters outside the eragon universe? Well, first of all, if you want to make a character of just yourself, make sure he is interesting. As for the chary with wings, you need to come up with a reasonable explanation that will fit within the world of Alagaesia. So, no lab experiments, weird mutation, etc.
However, as for characters originating outside of Alagaesia, we have a few of those and are turning into beneficial aspects of the RPG. We highly encourage new and unique characters that are beyond just a Rider (wow, listen to myself. Riders are supposed to be rare) or regular elf. We have had people like dracoaestas and Red who have created characters that are not from here. You just need to be sure that you have a real explanation for the man with wings. Re: Characters outside the eragon universe? There are werecats in the realm of Eragon, so why not werewolves? You can make a werewolf if you wish.
