OOC: I honestly cannot think of anything to put, my mind is absolutely blank, so I guess just skip me, my charries are still fighting

OOC: Time skip, oh, lets say about five hours, just long enough for a good rest, eh?

IC:
Anthor had slept well, his dreams peaceful, as well as very calm. The rider sat up, silently scanning the land around him. So many days in danger, then, seeing they were safe. He stood up and yawned, while stretchign at the same time. He hated to wake the others, but there were still shadow beasts alive in the surrounding areas. He said, "Time to wake up guys, I know its annyoing, but we have to finish these shadows off before they figure out how to get free.

Gornath slowly got up, then stretched like a cat, his massive limbs stretchign to their limit. He let out an exasperated yawn/roar and stood next to Anthor.

Anthor re-drew his bow and selected a few arrows. He casted a small spell, using the energy from creatures in the sands, and created a shining light around the arrows. He drew back the string and nocked an arrow and fired. The arrow was not sent at any shadow in particular, but it hit in the midst of a large group of the beasts, exploding on contact and killing several of the beasts in the process. He smiled and did the same thing again, only in another place.

Gornath flew low over the sands, but higher than what the normal shadow beast could reach and breathed a powerful white flame from his mouth, killing and maiming in the process.

OOC: Hope you guys weren't planning on ending this one soon, cause I have a good swist in mind.

OOC: Most twists are good twists, voenth. (I say most, because, well, what if a bunch of rainbow ponies suddenly descended from the clouds and turned the shadow beasts into flowers? That wouldn't be a good twist...)

IC: Phal watched as Anthor sent a light-magic arrow into the midst of a group of stuck shadow beasts, killing the ones in the center of the blast. She dove behind the arrow and sent large fireballs of starfire into the dark clump. Her fireballs had a similar effect; once they hit the ground, they exploded in a dazzling burst of silvery light, leaving behind a few trails of whispy shadows where whole beasts had been. Soon they would annihilate the entire group. The dark creatures could not escape, and the constant explosions and bursts of light magic and light flame would erase all signs of shadow.

OOC: But then Shyara looked up and rainbow ponies fell from the sky and turned all the shadow creatures into beautiful roses.

IC: Shyara was glad that these particular shadow beast were more fleshy so she could help kill some. She just wasn't designed to do anything special except fly around and burn things.

OOC: Shyara has the light armour on, so she can use a form of "light fire".

IC:
Anthor fired shot after shot, taking a beast with each hit, killing them with a powerful blast of light, but he wondered, Why were they not trying to fight back, it is as if they know something we don't...

Gornath continued to powerful stream of white fire, until exhaustion forced him to stop. He left off the beasts and flew back into the air, allowing his fire lung to rest a few minutes.

OOC: I'm just going to skip this time around, hopefully the twist hits soon, this is boring, not to bash any one

OOC: Well, not everything is entirely ready ... but ok. I will put part of it in now.

IC:
Anthor rested easy in Gornath's saddle when the shadows were down to the last few hundred. He was in no hurry to finish them, he was ready to relax and take thinge easy, but when he sae the small red speck and the ball of dark magic hurtling toward the shadows, he knew he had no such luck.

Gornath glided on the air currents for a few minutes, just for a short rest. He smelled the two before he saw them, his eyesight was not all that great for a dragon, but he got by. The smell was ... dark. He sniffed again then jerked his head around when he felt Anthor tense, it was Arnon, and his twisted dragon ... Tamar.

Arnon had sent his shadows to take the Hadarac from the tribes people, as well as the dragons in the dragon fortress, from here, he could easily take the rest of Alagaesia, nothing could pass the scorching sands other than a dragon, or a shadow creature, but when his plans had been foiled by none other than Anthor, Gornath, and Phalynx, that just made him angry. He and Tamar immediately left their small shack and set off toward their decimated armies. His first move, was to break the glass holding his creatures in place.

Tamar flew as fast as possible, but still not as fast as other dragons, but she would do, her nemesis was in the area and she hoped to "greet" him.

Anthor almost fired an arrow at the rapidly approaching pair when Shyara flew into his line of fire. He cursd under his breath and yelled, "Watch out, Shyara, that almost went into the back to your skull!" He nudged Gornath and they began to fly toward the pair as fast as posible, but Shyara reached them first.

Gornath flapped his wings rapidly, both to gain speed as well as heighth. He roared his challange, and though tired, was more than ready for a fight with the evil duo.

Arnon's face was nothing but fury when the large green dragoness careened into Tamar. He swing his sword again and again at the dragoness in an attempt to cut through the touch scales. He yelled angrily, "You will pay dearly for that, dragon!" and began to mutter spell after spell in the wordless language of dark magic.

Tamar roared in pain as the dragoneess crached into her. Then, realized this was the best way for her to fight, she could never match the speed of the larger dragons in flight, but in close quarters, she was at her most dangerous. She allowed the dragoness to get closer than what she was able to fight from and began to tear at the dragon's underscales and neck.

OOC: Also, Tamar is a Very small dragon, but not smaller than Solarae.

OOC: Well obviously, since she can carry a person in flight. If Solarae tried that it'd be like those cartoons where they're flailing for a second and then they fall straight down.

IC: Phal raced towards the struggling pair of dragons, her heart beating rapidly as Shyara was attacked. She reached them in a few seconds and hovered, unsure of how to enter. She could not attack for the risk of accidentally hitting her niece. Instead, she focused on the shade. She watched his dark magic begin to work, and dove mentally at the spells, fighting them back. The pair were far outnumbered; she had no idea why they had attacked. Perhaps more shadow beasts are coming, Phal thought, taking a second to glance around them.

OOC: BTW, the "beast" is just black, it isn't like a shadow, so Star-fire, White fire and such will be pretty much just normal dragon fire to it. Also, in the words of Yoda, "Some god-modding have we, eh Kit." Its ok, but remember this can't be a one-sided battle, it isn't a twist if the evil has no chance at all and Shyara and Kit continually bash them about.

IC:
Arnon cursed loudly when the white flamed coated both his and Tamar's bodies, then when they were hurled to the ground. Arnon's body hit the ground with a thud he immediately jumped up and casted a powerful healing spell over both himself and Tamar, using the energy from the shadow realm. He could not lose yet, he had a mission and no time to waste on these pests. He casted another spell, brionging his sword back to his hand, then swung it soundly at the green dragoness who was on top of Tamar. His strike had no affect on the hard back scaled of the dragoness, instead he changed course and ran strait for the green dragon's rider.

Tamar screeched in rage and pain when the white flames engulfed her black and red flames. Then, again when she was hurled to the ground. When the green dragoness jumped on top of her though, that was just too much. She went crazzy. She began to thrash about, until she got out from under the green dragoness, then leapt at the green dragoness, her razor sharp claws, teeth, and tailblade coming into play.

Anthor barely managed to leap free of Gornath before they hit the ground. Luckily, he landed on his feet. He ran toward the beast, his blades gleamigng in the sumlight and struck, he struck again and again, with each blow hitting its mark. He would not, could not give up.

Gornath on the other hand, was badly injured by the fall, his entire body had landed on one leg, and it was e ither dislocated, or broken, he did not know which. He struggled to his other three feet and began to warily come toward the beast.

Arnon laughed and said, "Are you blind, it is not two on one, it is two on two, and I am more than a match for your rider, as far as swordsmanship goes. You will have to have more practice than that to beat me young un!" laughed Arnon as he leapt past Shyara's tail and Kit's blade and attacked Kit again.

Tamar laughed and said, Oh, you will give me one chance, I guess I should be greatfull, shouldn't I! and leapt at the green dragoness, her red and black fire intermingling and she sent it hurtlign toward the rider and dragon.

Anthor had almost worked himself into a frenzy. He was sawing at the leg of the monster with his swords, constantly searching for a way to harm it, but the skin was thick, and it was taking him far to long to get through it. His anger continued to build, until he was past the point of return. He began to hack madly at the monster, cutting through skin, and hair alike, until he his the bone. Then, he began to climb higher, to hopefully get a killing blow to the monster's neck of head.

Gornath could do nothing except watch as his rider went into a horrible rage. He knew there was noting for it and warned his friends to stay away from Anthor for the time being. He, however was far from done. He blew a powerful white flame into the face of the monsterous wolf-man and attacked with his foreclaws.

OOC: Kit and Shyara(dragon) aren't that close to each other, probably a good fifty yards apart. Kit and Shyra(Elf) are right next to each other.

IC: Shyara jumped back as Phal split her and Tamar up. She jumped up in the air, Come and get me if you dare.

Kit was more prepared this time and blocked the attacked with out Shyra's help.

"That maybe so," Shyra said, "But can you stand up to his girlfriend?" She moved closer than threw sand in his face and jabbed, just missing his chest.

OOC: I thought Kit was on Shyara's back and that was there Arnon was attacking, and thats why Shyara's barb sstopped Arnon's sword swipe, unless Shyra has a tailbarb.

IC:
Arnon laughed maniacly and said, "I was more than powerful enough to kill both of you when I first became a shade rider!" he punctuated each word with a hack, or swipe of his rider's blade. He casted a spell, placing more wards around both himself and Tamar, and just in the nick of time, as the elf's blade came whistling at his chest, but the ward defelcted it.

Tamar felt the claws ofd the silver dragon hit her. She angrily blew a powerful flame of darkness at the silver, hoping it would hit and turned back to the green dragoness. She saw Arnon being double-teamed, so she ran over and bulled past Arnon and towards the human and elf.

Anthor continued his mad climb, stopping every few seconds to deal as much harm as possible, the powerful beast had left hism alone and was clawign and scratching at Gornath.

Gornath roared in pain and blew his white fire back at the beast, hopign to catch it's fur on fire.

OOC: it was Shyra, the Elf that block his attack with her sword, no tail spikes ever mentioned. You aren't reading the post correctly

OOC: OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, sorry, thought you said something about a tail-spike, lol.

OOC: Are you speed-reading? lol

IC: Phal winced as the shadowy fire caught the edges of her limbs and tail as she was darting away, but her brightly-lit scales warded most of the damage. She continued flying and then pulled around, coming in under Shyara and swooping at Tamar once more before she could reach the two-legs. Phal went in between them and buffeted the evil dragoness with her powerful wings, blasting starfire at her to stop her approach. She made sure not to hit Kit or Shyra as she flew in front of them.

OOC: That is all I ever do, lol.

Arnon yelled in pain as the injuries given to Tamar by the dragonesses surged across their link. He angrily muttered words, he himself did not fully understand, other than that they were the words of complete darkness. And shadows formed about Tamar, like wards, only they flowed over her, helping her, healing her. That was the last thing he saw before he fell face first in the sand from the exhaustion caused by the spell.

Tamar roared angrily as he hide was badly burnt by the other dragons, but roared again in worry when Arnon fell to the ground. She immediately went into action, her pain forgotten when her rider fell. She hurled herself over, through the starry flames and over Arnon. She surrounded him with her body, then used her shadows. They sunk into the sand, hidden from all eyes.

Anthor finally reached the monster's neck. He then began to hack and slash at the monster with great ferocity, until, that is the monster hit him with the back of its fist. Anthor was hurled through the air and onto the hot sand. He lay there, unconscious, but his rage had subsided.

Gornath roared, NO!!!! and hurtled through the air toward the falling Anthor, he reached him too late, but to his joy, the old rider was alive, but he was still badly injured. He saw that in his left hand was Anthor's sword, Garjzla'Sverdar, the one with the white pommel stone, and the one that symbolides his love and life.

Sarah gasped when she saw that not far from their home, was a monsterous black besat, as well as four dragons, one a male, an older white, a green, a young female, and a silver, a very young female, but what was worse, was the red female, she was horribly small, and Sarah knew who it was, Tamar... She screamed loudly and leapt upon Arcus. They hurtled out of their "fortress" and flew towards the group.

Arcus flew through the air as fast as he could. He roared his arrival to the others and hurtled toward Tamar, until both she and Arnon dissipated into the sands. He landed in the midst of the dragons and roared, Who are you, and why are you here? Also, WHAT IS THAT?!!!! indicating the monsterous wolf-man.

Gornath roared loudly, Anthor was hurt, but not killed. He gently lifted the old rider upon his back and flew over to the others. He laid Anthor down and protectively curled around the man. She bore his teeth at the newcomers and said, Kit, after you and Shyra are done healign each other and Shyara, can you come heal Anthor? Here, have some of my energy. said Gornath as he poured any excess energy into the rider.

Sarah calmly pulled out her bow and, with extreme precision, shot the wolf-man in the hand. The arrow was not enough to do any real damage, however it did distract it form the silver dragoness who had just attacked the monster. She bowed to the others and said, "I am Sarah, it is a pleasure to meet you two. I appreciate your help with Arnon and Tamar, I have had more throuble than you know with them." said the woman as she and Arcus launched themselves at the monster.

Arcus roared loudly and said, I am called Arcus, ti is a pleasure to meet you, all of you. then leapt into the air and flew toward the monster.

Gornath nodded to Shyra. He said, Thankyou very much, were it not for you, and Kit, we would be in a bad situation, I thank you, all of you, for your help and friendship. said the white dragon as he watched his rider heal.

Anthor's wounds were soon healed, instead of something of a coma, the old rider was sleeping soundly, restoring his energy, and hope of a full recovery.

Sarah continued to shoot arrow after arrow, until her quiver was empty, then with a quick spell, she brought them back to her with magic. She smiled and said, "No use in wasting ironwood arrows, they are only grown in one place and I don't like long trips too much." said the rideredd as she shot the monster in the eye. Then, luckily, Arcus dove out of the way as a monsterous claw came at them, in a slicing motion.

OOC: i'll just skip this next round there isn't much for me to do

Gornath laughed at what Shyara said, the thingthat was so funny about it, was the fact that it was so true. He said, Well, hopefully we can figure somethign out, I would havte to see how long it would take this thing to rot in this heat, it would be practically unbrearable. laughed the large white dragon as he, for the first time really noticed the rideress and the rainbow colored dragon nearby.

[color=#00FF80]Sarah hopped off of Arcus' back and said, "Well ,that is one more mess. Umm, I was wondering, if you would like, we have room at our home for you, all of you. We even have caves and everything else, if you want a place to rest up, Arnon and Tamar will leave you alone there, this wasn't the first time they have been in the area and I doubt it will be the last." said Sarah as she pointed to the clostest mountain. She said, "There, thats our home, the main entrance is at the top."[color]

Sarah laughed aloud as the elf grabbed the human by the ear. She looked at Shyra and said, "I totally understand, well, have a wonderful time, and if you get "done" come back, I will tell the gate keeper to keep an eye out, well have a good time. And, I also would liek to thank you, all of you for your help, Arnon and Tamar have been after us since we came out here ... I don't know what their problem is..." said Sarah as she laughed and tossed her hair back in a fasionly way. She whistled loudly and heard a small "boom" coming from the mountain. She said, "They know we are on out way, lets go." said Sarah as she jumped onto Arcus.

Arcus laughed loudly when the elf grabbed the human by the ear. He loughed fora while, and when Sarah jumped onto his back, launched into the air and said, Goodbye, and thankyou for all of your help. then began to fly to the "fortress".

Anthor laughed at Kit and said, "Beter do as your told, that is one of the better things about being an ugly old man, your wife can't grab you by the ear and tell you what to do, anyway, have fun, hope you can get back soon." said the rider as he and Gornath sent a powerful flame toeard the monster, Anthor's with the use of magic.

Gornath roared loudly, at the humor of Shyra grabbing Kit by the ear and leading him away. He said, Shyara, are you liek that to Ecrives, if so, i feel for him, send him my regards please. said the dragon as he set about burnign the corpse.

Shyara allowed her couple on her back and then jumped to the sky. See you all later. Shyara set off for the Spine, where their cozy little house waited.

OOC: DONE

After the monster had been burned to the point where it would not be that much of a problem, Anthor said, "Well, we will be seeing yo ulater, Phalynx, it was nice to fight alongside you again, I will miss you, but it is likely that Dawn and Jason are about to have a fit with the green and white dragon's problems, so we need to get back and straighten everything out, it was nice to see you, also, stay safe, can't have Gornath the only dragon with the abilities to fight the shadow realm." laughed the rider as he and Gornath dissappeared into the blue.

Gornath, just before taking to the air bowed toward Phalynx and said, It was an honor to fight with you again, stay safe and may the wind always be beneath your wings. roared the dragon as he flew back toward home...

OOC: El Fin.

Phalynx smiled and said a heartfelt farewell to Kit, Shyra, and Shyara as they left. She turned to Anthor and Gornath. Don't worry. I will be around to fight the darkness for a long time yet, as I'm sure you both will, she said with a smile. We will probably meet again very soon, my friends. May the stars watch over you, she replied quietly as they flew off. She watched her friends disappear into the clear desert sky, simply standing for a few minutes. A warm breeze sang over her scales and wings, beckoning her into the caress of the desert winds above. She unfurled her large wings, getting a feel for the currents around her. Phalynx stretched them high and beat down, lifting away from the ground in a swirling cloud of dust. At the moment, she felt no pull to be anywhere; and the feeling was comforting. It meant she was not needed at the immediate time. For now, she could simply enjoy flying.
