well throw it up it can't hurt, even if you don't use her for this one, the sooner it is done the sooner you can use her. If you find one you want to join, then you'll have to wait for her acceptance before you join, which will take a while

no, but I had to wait to join Bloodwing until Elika was accepted because I hadn't bothered with it before, and I wanted someone different.
