Characters Physical Description: She is abnormally tall, about six feet and three inches. Her hands are calloused, but smooth. She has a scar on her forehead that cuts through her left eyebrow. Her green tunic is always kept spotless. She has thin worn sandals that she always wears. A small leather strip loosley ties back her hair. A tattoo glistens on her left forearm of a silver arrow. A diamond necklace for stored power rests on her chest. A thin silver bracelet of no magical value is always around her wrist, given to her by her brother.

Weapons:She carries an intricately made and twisted bow, with a dozen silver arrows.

Personality: Gets along well with many kinds of people. Has a fun personality and loves to laugh. Unlike most other elves, it usually isn't hard to tell what she is feeling. She hates to be lied to, and as a result she bluntly tells people the truth, which can lead to problems. She can be very swift and quick at times, but is clumsy on occasion. Especially clumsy around new people, and that usually means men. She loves to spend hours in the library finding new spells in old spell books, and trying them out. Her favorite spell is one that creates crystals and gems from water, and was how an old lady that she ran across on her way to Du Weldenvarden made her necklace.
Rather stubborn about certain things, and hates to admit she was wrong. Her curiosity has made some enemies for her and others think she is rude for it, though she tries not to be.

Hometown: Elesmera

Parents: Haldthin and Ariah (last names unknown) Both extraordinary blacksmiths and decided to name her Arget Thorna (Silver Arrow) in the hopes that she would pick up the trade and that she would be quick and quick witted, but also for her hair.

Siblings: One brother, Jack. He chose sides with the Varden and died in a battle against Gallbatorix's men about 7 years ago. He would have been 74.

History: Born in Ellesmera to blacksmith parents, she tried for 15 years to learn the trade but failed. At 36 she decided to leave home and travel after the death of her brother in the war.. Since she set out that day with nothing more than her bow and arrow and her necklace, she has met countless races of creatures, including riders, dragons, humans, sorcerers and werecats. She was ridiculed many times by elves for the fact that she gets along with and associates herself with dwarves. She has had many arguments, which led to fights, with urgals. She spent a short stay with the Varden in hiding, about six months, but decided their views differed too much from hers and left. Her next stay was also short and at an abandoned spell book and amulet shop near Leona Lake, where she learned most of the healing charms she knows. She also spent time with dwarves living above ground in rock caves in an attempt to learn more about them. She came away just as confused. In all she has stayed in about twelve different places, and in each she didn't stay more than three months. The rest of the time she was on the road or staying in cheap inns. She vows to settle only when she sees as much of the world as she can take in. She hates when people look down on her for her lack of experience, or speak down to her because of her age.

Likes: The ocean is her favorite place to be. She likes dragons and has the most respect for them and their riders. She likes and collects amulets and books. She loves people with a good sense of humor.

Dislikes: She hates politics, and dislikes Urgals, but only because she knows nothing about them except that they enjoy killing. Elves who hate practical jokes and walk with their noses in the air annoy her. She dislikes anyone, especially humans, that look down on her for her lack of experience and speak down to her because of her age.

Animal Companions:Tate, a pure white husky with black eyes. He was her mothers dog, and followed her when she left home. He seems to think it is his job to constantly protect her, and though he is a big softy to Thorn, he is viscous towards new people.

Dreams for the Future: To not rest until the man that killed my brother is dead, and if that means taking out Gallbatorix and every single last one of his men, that that is what I will do.

Reason For Dreams:My brother was the only one besides Tate that truly understands me, and he spent his whole life loving and helping people.

Alignment/Side: I will never join Gallbatorix, but I strongly oppose some of the decisions the Varden makes. My loyalties truly lie with the Varden however.
