 question Where in the book(if it did say) was the premonition of two dragons flying over a sea with a man on the beach yelling at them.

Re: question Idk about the yelling, but I am assuming you are referring to the dream Eragon had while Garrow was debating between life and death.
That's in Eragon, Chapter; Deathwatch; page 81. (US Hardcover Edition) The chapter opens with the dream.
