When Darkness Falls

OOC: Woofer I think you should join this one especially. I think it would make things interesting if Athena came into this one.

Of course, anyone else is welcome to join but this rp may not have any specific plot.

IC:

Athena flew past the mountains to find a soft grassy place to land. She had been flying nearly all day, and she felt exhausted. Athena always felt in-touch with the land, and flying gave her slight anxiety attacks. When she did find a spot, there was a forest boarder-lining the hills. Nestled in the hill was a small lake, filled with fresh cool water that was crystal clear. She landed and headed straight toward the lake to get a drink.

Meanwhile, Athena felt watched, as the sun began to set. She only hoped the hills would provide enough protection for the night. Her feathers were white and her body that of a snow leopard. It didn't provide enough camoflauge against the shadows. When she finished drinking, Athena found a place to sit against a few boulders, hoping to get a good night sleep. Her wings were definately sore and she had to stretch them out a bit before going into slumber.
