I've been browsing these forums ever since i've finished Eldest, and all I see is a lot of people with 20+ posts per day, and ginourmous sigs. I hope to get some order within this forum, as I see a future here. Whenever I find a good thread, it always ends up as... "YOUR WRONG" "NO IM NOT YOUR WRONG" "NO, YOUR WRONG IDIOT" ....it's called debating folks, not flaming. If you want to state a point, you need to listen to the other person's thoughts, even if you know you are right. If you are right, then you will always win the debate, and that's why it works. I know i'm not a mod or admin of these forums, but I have a few suggestions for you guys to help out the forum. 1. make the rule set an ANNOUNCEMENT. this means it shows up at the top of every single forum. 2. enforce the rules. I see these rules broken every single day, and barely every see someone get warned. 3. new rule- no flaming, just debating. "NO IDIOT YOU ARE WRONG," counts as flaming. 4. i would also reccomend in addition of 3 warnings = ban; 2 warnings = suspension. 5. there are too many people on this forum that have 20+ posts per day, as I said before. most of these people have way too many pointless posts. like "ok," "yes," "no way," etc. Try to enforce that rule. It's the rule I see most broken, other than the signature rule. lol, i'm done ranting. thanks for letting me get that out.

You don't give them out for a little flaming when a debated degenerates into what you said above. But the thing os, a lot of the people on here are too adamant and won't listen. when they hear you say something contrary to their belief, they are automatically "YOU ARE WRONG! I'M RIGHT, SO I DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN". good thing I'm not one of those most. lol. noone seems to understand debating. if you don't adress someone's points in full, come up with counter-points, and you can't come up with counters to their counter-points for your points, then YOU LOSE!!! your argument is not good enough and you don't have enough evidence. either give up or go find more evidence. Ayra prolly WILL die! for those who don't understand my sig, for about 200 pages Ayra will be a rider, then she'll die.
