I, personally, was disapointed in it. They cut out very many parts, changed Brom's death, made Eragon seventeen instead of sixteen, made Saphira grow up in her first flight, said that Brom lived there... I'll stop now. But I could go on and on. And on. And on. But if I hadn't read the book, I would have thought it okay. What are your thoughts?

I loved the movie, but I didn't compare it to the book.

The movie was okay.... To me. Though it felt like it was being rushed.......

I saw the movie and I thought that it was good just to be a movie. Sure it was a little rushed, but it was still a good movie. But, when you compare it to the book, it was very disappointing! They left out so much and messed with things they should have let be. Now, a lot of people are mad about Arya's hair beginning changed. Personally, I'm okay with that. But when they took away her pointed ears, that made me mad! And the Urgals look nothing like they do in the book. And completely skipped Teirm and Dras-Leona. So, I decided to go back and make my own version of the script using the book and a few scenes from the movie that I liked. It is about 2 hours and 34 minutes long, unlike the 1 hour and 45 movie they gave us. I posted it in FanFiction if any of you would like to see it. I know it's long, but if you took it scene by scene over a few days, I think you'll like it.

the actors at least did a good job though the script could use some work.
