Tuorin and Sioc
I updated it by going through it and changing some of the words and fixing up the grammar and I did add a bit more for them to have more of a back storyName: Tuorin
Age: 368
Gender: Male
Skills: Blacksmith: Tuorin is a brilliant blacksmith and crafted all his own weapons until he found Bright steel and made his Riderblade, Narce, but he still fashions his own armour and helps anyone who is in need of a blade, shield or armour. He even has a small amount of Bright steel with him to pass on to a fellow rider in need. Foresight: He can see into the future but he cannot control his power he will just be shown a vision which he can revisit when needs be, similar to the elves waking dreams. Also the future is never set in stone, so if a decision is changed or another is made in conflict to the current future it will change. He will become aware if someone changes their destiny but will not know what triggers it.
Control over the elements: Tuorin is gifted with the ability to control the four elements without the help of magic. He can control the winds, make a flame from nothing, summon water from anywhere and lift giant boulders and launch them at the enemy if he so wishes. Also unlike magic it does not drain as much energy as would be needed to do the task manual but will only drain a small amount(example like Eragon with Brisingr. The blade does not drain as much power but he does feel a slight tug of energy)
Race: Elven
Hair: Long Dark Blue
Eyes: Dark Sapphire Colour
Home Village: Osilon
Parents: Father: Aule Mother: Valea
Siblings: His younger sister, Alisa
Character Personality: Tuorin is helpful to the helpless. He is quick to anger when he is undone and underhanded. He will always try to be just and fair but will mainly side with the weak, young, old or helpless. He laughs in the mist of battle. He loves his family and his dragon. He is always there to protect the needy and will die to insure the safety of his Dragon or younger sister whom he holds dearest among the elves. He is a hunter of the beast of evil and will often travel far out of the boarders of the forest to kill them. He prefers the life of solitude with his Dragon. He loves the peace of the ocean and often travels to the island of Uden to live on his own and to hone his skills. He is always trying to improve his blade skills and bowman ship. His magic best represses his mood. When he is depressed all will feel a chill, anger will burn those around him and so on. So he must always keep a check on his emotions. He only ever really opens up to his Dragon ,Sioc, who is like an older brother to him. He loves a challenge and will travel deep into the Empire to test his skills. Tuorin once loved an Elf called Morwe but she was killed by a rogue elf who had been corrupted by evil. Tuorin always feared he'd never be able to feel happiness as he once did.
Character History: Tuorin was born in the years of the Riders and was trained by his Great-Grandfather in the ways of magic while his Father thought him to fight with a blade. In his travels he befriend a Dwarf, Himlan, who thought him how to fashion metal. Himlan died when they were fighting off a group of Kull and a Shade attacked him. In his rage Tuorin slayed all the Kull in a mighty uproar breaking his sword in the process. He then picked up the axe that Himlan had always used which was fashioned in bright steel and chased the Shade across Alagaesia. In the final battle he reached within him and found his power to control the elements. He created a giant wave that crushed the Shade and then lit a flame in the Shades chest. Unfortunately the wave sweep him out to sea and washed him ashore on the island of Parlim.
When he regained consciousness many hours later he was attacked by a cave bear on the island. He jumped to his feet and reached for the sword that was not there. He turned to face the bear and was mauled. When Tuorin hit the ground he landed beside the blackthorn handle of his old friend's axe. He lifted the axe and smashed it into the bears back. Weary he climbed into a nearby cave and lay his head upon a rock. During the night he was awoken from his dream state by a high cracking noise. He though nothing of it at the time but when he awoke the next morning a baby Dragon was curled in his lap. In shock Tourin did not no what to do. So he stayed on the island talking to the Dragon and building his strength. One day years later, while he was creating his blade using the Bright steel he had recently found from the remains of a star that had crashed into the dunes another rider landed nearby. Sioc came forth and offered a challenge to the the other Dragon. But the rider called for peace and together they flew back to the mainland. After 7 years missing he was reunited with his family and found out his mother was with child.
Alisa was born shortly after his reunion with his family, and this brought some of the lost joy of Morwe's death back into his life. Tuorin felt that with Sioc by his side and Alisa to raise his life would once again have a greater purpose. For the first few years of her life Tuorin and Sioc lived in and train in a hut in the mountains east of Osilon. Tuorin's father would often come visit them and train with him while they talked about his missing years. These were his most peaceful times and ones he looks back in fondness on this era. When Alisa became old enough to visit herself Tuorin began to educate his sister in the lighter side of magic, he quickly learned she was a better healer than him and quickly the student became the mentor. The time came when Tuorin believed that it was time to see the rest of the world when his father informed him that his Great-Grandfather was setting off to meet a young rider who had to be brought to Vroengard. Tuorin though if ever there was a time to go now would be it. The Rider and Dragon packed up and gave Alisa the hut as her own where she is building her healing knowledge and knowledge of plants.
Not long in the air Ossen told them the new rider was a human who was living in Melian. The Riders were not sure how she came across the egg but the reckon Ossen was one of the best choice to go see her as he was one of the eldest and had thought many human Riders, more than most elves do. Along the path Ossen and Colrath thought Tuorin and Sioc more about what it ment to be a Rider and Dragon. Colrath was able to help Tuorin control his power over the elements with the knowledge that young hatchlings use to control their fire breathing. Tuorin practised every day until he eventually mastered his ability.
While resting on the northern tip of the lake Tüdosten and the dragons were off hunting in the nearby plains. Tuorin and Ossen were attacked by a group of bandits. Ossen tried to reason with the bandits but received a spear to the shoulder. Tuorin quickly dispatched the bandits but one was a powerful magician who had used a cursed spear to break through Ossen's wards. Sioc returned in moments and snapped the magicians neck in a quick flick of his tail. Ossen almost died from the magical wounds but thanks to Alisa, Tuorin knew exactly what to do. Ossen then took the spear and promised to show the Riders of the weapon.
Eventually the group landed in Melian to find a young female human and her dragon. While Ossen and Colrath took the young rider to Doru Areaba Tuorin and Sioc decided to go visit the dwarfs and see how the last few decades had treated his short and stout friends. The pair made it to Tarnag with no major events other than Sioc testing himself against a Beor. Afterwards they followed the Edda back towards Du Weldenvarden to see Tuorin's cousin, Fenor. Along the way they were attacked by Kialandí and his Dragon. Using everything he had was just enough for him to subdue Kialandí long enough for Sioc to tear at the Forsworn's Dragon's wings. With that done they rerouted to go across the Hardac and straight to Ellesméra. When in the Hardac they came across a dying man. A normal human, no magic, no weapons, just a satchel. The man was too gravely injured and had gone too long with out treatment to be saved but he told Tuorin and Sioc a great tale of how he had escaped for a rogue rider with a single treasure. A black dragon egg with silver veins. The man passed away in the night. Sioc dug him a deep grave while Tuorin protected him from the few wild animals in the desert. Sioc advised Tuorin to forget about Ellesméra and head straight to the Elder Riders. Tuorin quickly agreed. That night he scyred his cousin's using their mirrors only to see a burnt house. Tuorin was distraught with grief and the elements raged with his emotions. During the turmoil a giant sharp rock slashed across Sioc's right eye and caused the dragon to howl in pain and launch into the sky. When he landed that night he would not allow Tuorin to heal him. The Dragon simply said it was to serve as a reminder to Tuorin.
As they travelled across the lands they were involved in many scrapes and skirmishes and twice they came across forsworn and barely escaped, but by the time they made it to Vroengard it was too late. The Riders were scattered. The Forsworn had the upper hand. The island was littered with the bodies of the dead. As fast as the wind would take them the returned to their old hut to check on their family. Once the were assured of their safety he made his way back to Uden, once more to train and seek assurance.
Ever since that day the pair can be found roaming the Empire trying to do what they can to avenge their brothers and sisters while also searching for possible riders for their egg.
Weapons: Narce: His riders blade which is an ice colour on the edges going to a pale blue in the centre. It has a symbol in the centre that looks like a single snowflake. Narce also remains chilled and cool to touch at all times.
Axe: Tuorin also carries a walking axe with a blackthorn handle that is about the length of his arm. The head is made of Bright steel and will never wear. It has a elven design at the base of the head and runes of strength and power carved into the wood.
Likes: Peace and solitude. To read and write and to hone his skills.
Dislikes: All things that have destroyed the graceful race of the Dragons. Being obeyed and submiting to anothers will
Animal Companions: None other that his Dragon
Character's Physical Description: Tuorin is tall, lean and wiry looking with thin well defined muscles visible on his body. He has waist length dark blue hair. He has high cheek bones and angular features. His iris are a dark sapphire blue which are darkest at the pupil and brighter blue closer to the rim. He has a knotted elven tattoo on his back left shoulder. He has the claw marks going across his chest where he was mauled by a bear . Tuorin always wears his armour which is ice-white plate armour but it is broken in too small plates so as to look like dragon scales. He inherited this from his father, who inherited from his father, who inherited it from Tuorin's great-grandfather, Ossen the Dragon Rider
Dreams for the Future: To fly freely and peacefully with his dragon, Sioc.
Reason for Dreams: He does not believe that Rider and Dragon should owe anyone anything and he was sickened by what the Forsworn had done to the Riders. He wishes to be free and to help begin the Riders once again
Alignment/side:Tuorin fights for his and his Dragons freedom. He has no allies but will help those that an help him to overthrow the black tyrant king. Dragon Name: Sioc
Age: 137
Gender: Male
Parents: Unknown to him
History: Sioc hatched for a lone elf in a cave where his egg had be abandoned by his mother before she flew on to other lands. Sioc was raised on that island and has always loved the sea and the smell of the salty water and calming sounds of the ocean. The elf he hatched for was injured but Sioc could tell he was powerful, the very winds and sea seemed to bow to his will. Sioc learned much from his new partner, Tuorin, while on the island. Sioc also learnt much of what it is to be a dragon on his own as he had no elder to help him. Sioc learned to fly quite young, but had trouble learning to use his fire-breath. Thankful Tuorin knew small bits from Ossen and was able to answer some of his adolescence questions.
When they met the fellow Rider and Dragon and returned to the mainland Sioc was excited and the proposal of meeting more two-legs and seeing the new land that Tuorin had talked about much. Most of all Tuorin wished to meet more Dragons and to see the sea of trees that Tuorin seemed to have a fondness for. Sioc was quickly accepted by Tuorin's family like he was ment to be there. Sioc loves Tuorin like a twin and also love Tuorin's sister like his own. Sioc was happy with his time in Du Weldenvarden among the trees and two-legged-pointed-eared. Life was good and he was growing to be a strong and majestic dragon
When the time came to travel with elder Colrath and Ossen, Sioc believed a great adventure was in store. On the night they Riders were attacked Sioc was the quickest of the two dragons and set off as soon as he felt Tuorin tense mentally. When he reached the camp he though nothing of the bandits til he seen that Ossen was hurt. He quickly attacked the remaining two legs while concern flooded him for his partner-of-his-mind. This was the first time they had to face a danger together and Sioc would never leave his Rider again unless he was within sight of the dragon.
Sioc was happy to meet the young hatchling as it was the first female of his kind he had encountered. He also enjoyed the short-stout-two-legs and found them fun to talk to as they knew many riddles and tales that the elves did not tell him. On the way home he found he missed the ocean and the land was lacking in water and waves. On the night they were attacked by the traitor dragon and his little one Sioc felt wary, how could he attack a fellow dragon, but when the dragon went to kill Tuorin Sioc lost all concepts of holding back and attacked the pair with such a ferocity that both Dragon and Rider had to go on the defence.
Upon finding the unhatched-egg Sioc took it upon himself to find a good Rider for the little one. What Sioc did not tell Tuorin is that the egg smelled of Colrath and he believes it is the dragon's hatchling inside. Sioc found himself surprisingly loving the desert landscape and wished he had time to enjoy it more, but they had to set out soon to the the islands once more.
The day they landed on Vroengard is forever in Sioc's mind. To see so many dead and to know it came at the hands of his own kind. Sioc could find no words for the events that had unfolded that night but he released such a roar the people in Narda felt the ground quake. Sioc wishes to kill the traitors and to raise new younglings so as to teach them the wrongs of such a thing and show them it was unjust and immoral but also to warn them. Never again so long as he lived. He would be watching
Personality: Tuorin always says that Sioc is too sarcastic for his own good. Sioc is fierce in battle but merry in all else. He does not anger as quick as his Rider and is the only one who is able to calm Tuorin and help him control his emotions. Sioc loves the high mountains as much as he loves the sea and will often nest high above the land with only Tuorin at his side so they can bout be alone and in peace. The dragon worries about his partner for Tuorin is quick to seek battle and Sioc is afraid of what will happen if hurt were to befall Tuorin. Merry-making is something of his speciality as he knows many a tale and twice as many riddles. Celebrations whether elf, dwarf or human, Sioc will join in the festive feasts and drinking. Sioc is happiest in the sky often pondering what he will do to help his kind from going extinct.
Colour: White fading to icy blue with a pale blue markings on his legs and underside
Appearance: Sioc is massive for his age, very muscular and has a hugh wingspan. His wings are white tip spines, they then fade into an pale blue as they reach his body with a darker icy blue in the membrane of his wings. Sioc's wings are tipped with three small claws that he can jab into enemies in flight. The spines along his back and tail are pale blue as are his curved horns and the thick, tough growths that have formed on his nose and front legs. He has a bluish-white flame. His eyes are ice white with dark blue slits for pupils, he has scar across his right eye that he got when Tuorin loss control of his powers and a giant rock cut across it. He keeps the scar to remind Tuorin of the possibilities of damage if he were to lose control. Sioc also has a trail of hair over his eyes and on his chin, these are both a slightly blue tinted white
Armour:None yet other then his scales and the natural formations on his body
Dreams for Future: To fly free with others of his kind and find a mate. Also to not have to worry about Tuorin quite so much
Reasons for Dreams: He wishes to pass on his knowledge to others of his kind and to learn more about them too

Re: Tuorin and Sioc
I like the charry, finscealach, but there are just a few things you should fix.
First of all, your Personality (for Tuorin) is just a few lines too short. Second, please fix up the spelling and grammar a little. It doesn't have to be perfect, but try to clean it up a bit more. Lastly, moving entire mountains without losing energy is a little too powerful. Could you perhaps put a few limits on Tuorin's elemental powers?
Fix up a few of those things and I'll be able to accept them.

Re: Tuorin and Sioc
Yep i've done that Don't know about the spellings i ran it through Word but it could still be wrong And i've change some of the History, likes and dislikes also the side the fight for Last but not least i understand adding the entire moutain shift is a bit exterme so i've toned it down to a reasonable power
