I made this topic so guys could discuss the extremely complex creature, that is: The Girl.
Girls are way confusing and confuse me alot and though that's not hard, they confuse me more than math or the Britsih Colonial Empire, or the cell structure.... Oh, sorry, that short-attention span again... anyway as I was saying, anyone (GUYS ONLY) understand girls?

one of the major things, if you ask a girl how shes doing because she looks like shes not doing the best, and she says "I'm fine"

Same is true for guys, but it is just so hard to understand girls... As the old saying goes... "Can't live with them, can't live without them." I'm not sure which part is truer. or more true. anyway, you are not easy to understand to guys. so anything helps.

Ohk, girls love chocolate - so if ever in need of a present or you did something to p!ss your gf off, chocolate is a good present. Listening to her when she talks {even if it sounds pointless} is a very good thing to do! It lets her know that you really care about her and about what she's saying {even if you dont}

Yeah, thanks for the chocolate thing. It's my girlfriend, constantly confusing me, I understand her, and yet completely don't at the same time. It's like, when I try to talk about us and how much I like her and stuff, she's just like, "I know", and stuff, and I know she does it cause I'm that kind of full-of-myself and just kidding person, but... WOW, I'm confusing myself. It's sort of a joke, but she really won't talk about her liking me, AT ALL.

That might be the problem, your saying it but not backing up what you say by doing something. And you dont need a reason or an oppertunity, just do it randomly. It will make her think or relize that your thinking about her and really care about her

i'm stuck in a small town that unfortunately my whole family was raised in and i'm related to like, half the popular girls... it sucks too. and the next town over, though it's bigger, is where my grandma grew up, so i'm kinda stuck with relatives or girls who dont like me, or they like me, but just enough to be friends.

the girls i like, yes, there are a rare few here, but they either have boyfriends or just dont seem into me. one of them, sometimes i catch her eye in science and she'll either look down or keep looking until i look away. she's hard to read. another one has a bf and even when i do catch her eye she'll do the same thing as the other girl. i'm confused about this...

hah. you should meet some of the people at my school. then anyone would think twice about calling me a nerd. i worked hard to be even noticed as a friend by these girls, cuz i used to be REALLY deep into the whole nerdy business. starwars, school work, no friends. yep, that's what i was before i made myself change a bit to be at least noticed by people.

when you do get into dating, take every relationship seriously, and dont go out with girls that seem to cling to you that you dont really like that well. have fun on dates, but dont lose yourself. scary business, dating. especially cuz girls are unpredictable in most cases

Oh yeah, try to start out being friends with a girl, so you can get to know her, then make her laugh, be all nice and sweet so she knows she can like you. works EVERY time, unless she just really doesnt like you, in which case i dont think you will ever get to the friends point

true. but it takes time for the relationships to work out. and i think at least one of the girls i like likes me, cuz i really messed up one night after a dance by sending an email cuz i was mad and it was kinda bad and, well, i still feel like an idiot. but the day after i asked if she could forgive me and she said "nobody's perfect" or she might've said "it happens to everyone" or something. so she didnt completely hate me for hating her.

i agree with Stained, girls are in general confuseing to guys, but if you listen to them,a nd pay attention to more than their body then your bound to pick up what you need to hear in order to realy let her know how you feel. but don't be to forward with it, you can scare her into denial by being too sudden with your feelings comeing out.

this is only a guys outlook on it, i'm not an expert, i just talk to, and mainly, listen to girls alot.

As I am a real hard-core for proper spelling and grammar on the internet, I just want to point out that the spelling and grammar in this topic is atrocious. I can hardly read any of it.

For your own benefit, you should take a minute or two to go through what you have written and edit, edit, edit it.

Basically, because nobody knows anyone else in real life whilst on the Internet, how well you can write is basically what sums up the type of person you are. A better writer earns more respect in my opinion, while one who writes like they're in year one does not earn any respect - or shouldn't.

Do you see the two different styles? The bottom one is professional, and definitely earns some respect, while the top one is akin to trash, which demonstrates a poor quality in english.

I don't really care is someone uses good spelling or grammer on the internet. As long as you can understand them and they dont use 1337 (I think thats what it is anyway) I'm fine with the way people type.

Simple as that but I know why!!!
They are confusing to us because we don't ever just sit and listen and watch them, not to see how good they look but watching expressions and most importantly the eyes. I learned that their eyes are the one thing that will ALMOST ALWAYS give them away. So you see all we have to do is listen, watch, oh and communicate with them!!!! Girls love to have talk about stuff that isn't just about car, tv shows, and sports. Talk about their friend actually CARE about what they say. I have seen too many guys sit there and act like they are listening but really they don't know what’s going on at ALL. (Even I have done that lol) Don’t do that you might end up getting slapped or kicked.
Oh I will add this in just because I have a friend who couldn't understand this.....Girl WILL tease you!!!! it’s just what they do. So don’t' always take it seriously, oh and you can tease them back just be carefull they can turn teases upon you easily!!!!

Ugh, I went thru so much trouble to ask out a girl I REALLY liked lol. She put me thru a lot of tests, like putting on skittles flavored lip balm in front of a bunch of people lol...I have to admit though, it really was worth it.
