You can post you comments or complaints to mods(admins) here as i see many people are making pointless after pointless topics about them lets narrow it down to one topic as to save space.

Remember: they are human to they do make mistakes but thats no reson to be mad at them.

Like I posted on another topic when we change something it is to get the forums from becoming an hazardous bedroom. Compare to other forums on the web of this size I think that we have been really leneant on the rules.

If i may give suggestion, maybe a personal approach is worth a try.. like in ~Eragon~Saphira~'s case (when she/he already has 2 warnings during his/her short enlist time), not to mention other ppl who love to spamming (in someway),
and what makes things even poorer is that the member itself is unaware whether he/she was probably cross a line. Little "spam" like this is probably not so obvious but if it happens again and again... well, it's just a bit annoying (at least for me).

I think if a confrontation happen between admins/moderators with particular member(s) and it's exposed on board, (u know, the yell, the complaint, etc) umm... idk but i feel it's kinda make the atmosphere turned gloom and frightening as a battle site. Not terrible, but let say it makes everything less comfortable.

Of course there's some exception for ppl who tried to "destroy" the forum (like what Louis said in one of his posts), i agree if those ppl get a public warning

But maybe it's just me. Maybe i just too soft, but a straight confrontation is the least thing i need from a hang out place which is suppose to be a place for having fun...

I know not many of you like me, mayby you think I'm harsh? The rules are rather loosely followed here, even with my best efforts. This results in spam, and lots of it, which I am not too happy about, but I say we do a good job considering our understaffed aspect.

I don't know if we recieve tons of spam, but we recieve some. It's easily cleaned up though. This site runs better because of the friendly aspect. If its all harsh no one will want to be here. And if they do then it would be to start something and play mind games with people. I know this from expierence. Why do they do this? Because it is encouraged if the admin are too harsh. All common courticy goes out the window because if the admin don't care how they act then why should the members? There comming and contributing to this forum on there own time too.

I'ts just something to think about. There are pro's and con's, but we are doing fine for how big the forum is right now. There will always be places we all disagree, so we just have to agree to disagree.

If you want to SPAM make sure that you are silent about it, but ~Eragon~Saphira~ was spaming many of the sections and was doing triple posting very publicly. He even stated that he was doing it to get SaphiraCoins. My decition was final and also he reported many post that had nothing bad about them. He reported one of them 7 times and I think that would be an abuse of a service that we have on the forum.

I think the mods have done a great job on this forum. They arefair and strict. They also have a sense of humor! Many forums i go to the mods are these borin people that just sit and watch everything you type until you screw up. The mods here participate in the site and i like that.

I know what you mean, I also hate other sites and that is why it is always good to know the faults of oter forums and try to be better. One of the exemples that I know of are the phpbb official forum and the phpbbhacks forum were I sometime get help in the software for saphiraforums, if you post anything against there software or do something in that kind you will be banned and your topic would be deleted.

Oh wow! lol fath im flaterd(spelling) and to be honest I was worried sick about maken this topic cuz I thought the mods... sorry I mean admins would get mad at me for posting this and yes I think you are doing very good jobs most sites would of blocked this and gave me a warning if not ban

I especially think Louis is doing a great job, doing most of the hard work to keep our forum running beautifully. it also helps a lot because we have nice people on the forums

i think every one is doing a great job on these forums especialy Louis for not only makeing this place but for being like a friend and being a kind person.

They arent banned forever...don't get too happy. Besides, every forum needs a bad guy, someone who enforces the rules, makes sure things happen the way they should

I dont think your that bad, you know what the rules are and you want everyone to follow them. Besides that's your job right?

suggestion on the next pinned topics:

- spam chat (discussion about what is spam, what you can't post and what you better not post)
- behaviour and manners chat (discussion about how to use a caps lock, sarcasm, proper insult (if any!), how to deal with scary admin, how to act on an offensive thread, what happen if you hate some ppl on board, learn how to overcome critics without take it personal, etc)
- english lesson (if there's a tutor, to improve the grammar skill of un-american/europian members.. such as.. myself)

Make the thread...ill edit it a bit then pin it.

Lol some people will think im crazy I know but I really like Glenwing and what he does with louis and the others . I'll compaire it to the real world as Glenwing,louis,and the others being the lawenforcers and the spammers/rulebrakers being the criminals. Not everyone likes cops and most of the time were theres a criminal they have to be strick as to not let the situation get out of hand or worse then it already is.Without officers,U.S. navy all thos guys etc. The world would go into chaos...crime rate would shoot sky high and many people would get killed,poisend,mugged,theived, and murderd. Just like the fourms.With out the admins and mods enforcing the rules there would be double/triple posts, spaming,offencive swearing, and other things that could really hurt peoples feelings for life. I can speak for alot of people when I say We would not want these fourms to go into chaos.

Well I have some idea of leadership I was one of the leaders in a very popular clan in a game called Monster hunter. I don't play it much now but I tell ya there were some people who had,Dificulties fallowing the clan rules and were kicked out fo the clan.It was my happy job to do the kicking however, and most of the anger was foucuzed on me when All i did was select his name and click 'remove from clan'.

Ya, you have to stay by your choices that are best for the forum, even if it does make you a bad guy. Louis is seen as the nice guy, Im the bad guy.... I dont mind too much though, its kinda cool having a mean reputation :p
