IC- Carsaib, a boy o twelve was cleaning his sword after just killing an Urgal. He had light brown short hair, he carried a bow and arrows, a sword and a small pack. This is his life, ever since his parents were killed by Urgals he has been hunting down urgals, figuring one day he will get the murderers. He is just outside of Teirm, just half a mile outside the walls, a loud crunch shocked the night sky."Who's there?Show yourself!"

IC: Aeidel walks up to the boy and looks at him.

"What are you doing out here boy?"

He quickly his his sword. "Just having a walk, you shouldn'y sneak up on people like that, and why are you here? Teirm's gates will be shut"

IC: "I apologise. I am out here thinking about things, and looking for someone to join me on a mission." Aeidel says as he sits down on a log. He gets out a pipe and looks at the boy. "I do not live in Terim by the way. I am a rogue, much like yourself. See, I can sense things about people. It's a gift. I sense you have a great destiny ahead of you,".

Aeidel started to light his pipe, a flash of silver came from his palm. "You are....a rider!" Carsaib said in shock. He pulled his bow off his bsck and noosed an arrow. He did this incase Aeidel wanted to attack him, Carsaib didn't want to anger him pointlessly. He ran away through a nearby forest and stopped after about twenty minutes. Who was he, thought Carsaib. he must be with the Empire its the only explanation. He sat with bow raised, vigilante incase he should be found.

IC: Aeidel looked as Carsaib ran, shocked and torn into the woods. He laughed. Fool, I am not the Empire's bustboy![/i. Aeidel thought of the mage's strange prophecy. What was it again? "Look for the one in the woods and ye shall find thy truth". Now he was not one to believe in prophecy, but there was something about this boy that stood out. It was as if a light illuminated from him, and shined throughout the perilious darkness around him. Aeidel's mind was made up: [b]This boy was to be his apprentice. The Empire needed to pay for her dark deeds. HE WOULD TRAIN Carsaib in the old ways. Whistling, a dragon approached the clearing. Climbing onboard, Aeidel pointed to the forest where the shocked boy ran. The dragon took off and followed in pursuit. Aeidel would pursue this boy till the end of time, if need be. Carsaib would be his apprentice. For in the words of the mage "Look for the one in the woods and ye shall find thy truth. There, a light shall pierce the darkness which is the Empire."

After a light sleep Carsaib continued through the forest, after another three hours he had reached the other side. And there it was, a beacon of hope for Carsaib. A small building stood on its own among the landscape, he knew if he could get past there he would be safe, the first building of Surda.

IC: Aeidel looked as the boy ran into the building. When will the boy learn I do not wish to hurt him? he thought as he set the dragon down outside the building. Well, time to tell the truth to him. Aeidel waited for a few minutes, smoking his pipe, then walked inside the building, with no sword drawn.

IC- So, he is still after me. Carsaib thought of a plan, hearing a noise in the building he jumped out an open window and landed softly on a bush. Making no sound he got up and crept, then ran further into Surda.He wouldn't dare follow me here. After running for ten minutes he stopped and scanned the skys for the riders dragon. As far as he knew he wasn't being followed, but not by him anyway...

but unnown by him he was being tracked by a evil shade who jumped out of the under brush and prepared to attack carsaib but then...
