Erais felt like she was completely empty of tears. It didn't seem possible that she could ever cry again, she could feel a small headache start to come on. She rubbed her eyes slightly, and after a while just leaned against Daidrea. She felt like she made the right choice, but it didn't seem like it. So much damage had happened that she wasn't sure if she'd ever be able to face Mesaraih again without these emotions returning to the surface. I'll be back in a while, she keep her company. That's all she wants and needs right now. Arden told Daidrea before disappearing into the oncoming night. It was always hard to watch Erais put herself through pain, it always filtered over to him if he was around her for long enough.

Erais stared at him in confusion for a moment, the overwhelming feeling of sadness was washed away completely for a moment as he kissed her. She wasn't expecting that sort of feeling, pure bliss, but it helped the ache in her heart. Looking up into his face she knew without a doubt he would always hold her heart. "Thanks," she said softly, just staring at him. The sadness came back, but it was toned down greatly. She reached up and touched his own face for a moment.

Erais agreed fully, the past week had been an exhausting trial for her. "Just don't leave me," her voice was frail. She didn't want to be left alone. She was glad Arden was gone, he needed to be alone for a while, and she understood that completely. After a few minutes of having a clear head, she realized she was tired. Lately that was all she was, just a broken, tired person.

Erais felt a half hearted smile form at his reply. It was enough to let her feel safe to go to sleep with out worries, she felt a small falling motion, but never the impact, after all, she was asleep. When you get that tired from everything, its a long deep, and dreamless sleep. Erais was grateful for the chance to sleep that deep without any disturbances to ruin it.

A soft breeze washed through the leaves in a calming gesture. The chill passed over her face and it was enough to cause her to wake. Her eyes cracked open, the first thing she saw was Daidrea, very close. She felt his arms holding her protectively and she sighed. It brought back the memories of yesterday's happenings. She didn't want to wake him, putting him through this was something she wished she could avoid. So she just stayed there, nestled against him, feeling mostly refreshed. She just wished she knew what was happening to Mesaraih.

OC: It doesnt have to be you know. But if you want to I guess thats fine.
I guess for now it could be just me and Erais post for a while, I might bring in my second chary or something to keep things interesting.

IC: By the time Daidrea awoke, the sun was already in the sky. He looked around. It was empty and the skies were clear. He looked down at Erais who was still asleep. He watched her with a slight smile. Her face was actually calm after a long while. He was happy to see it. Although he didnt want to wake her by moving, so he remained there with her.
