Re: The Terror of the North You are right. Said Nidhog as he released the energy he was using to hold the rocks. He flew into the air and revealed hsi true size. His immense black wings covering the four of his enemies. The blood from his cuts and scratched flowede freely from his head. It looked as if it were raining blood. He roared loudly and soared high and fast into the sly. He flew bwehind a cloud and was lost from sight. After he got behind the cloud, he was flew higher and back over the group to cause them to lose him.

IC: Phal avoided the last few rocks and hovered in place as Nidhog rose from the ground and sped away. It seemed he was getting tired of fighting them. Arkel was another matter. He hadn't attacked in a while. Perhaps his inner demons were at war. She dearly hoped that he would rid himself of the evil that now seemed to possess him. It was always a tragedy when anyone turned from good to evil. Phal glanced at her friends. IC: Phal watched as Nidhog's form finally disappeared from her view, and then glanced at Ramoth when she answered. As much as Phal wished she could simply turn away from Arkel with the same contempt, she felt a small pocket of compassion still burning in her heart. The ancient dragon had once been her friend. Yes, she had tried to get him away from the side of evil, but did that mean she shouldn't try again? Arkel, I know there is still a good side in you. That side was not the one that betrayed us, and if it returns, know that I will forgive you... she said softly into his mind. Even if he returned to goodness, she knew most of the others would still hate him. But Phal was willing to give him another chance. She sighed, realizing that such motives could one day be her doom. Very well, Ramoth. IC: Nidhog flew away, seething with anger and hate at the dragons. He would be back, he would come back when there were less obsticles. He would ahve his vengance. The black dragon turned and began to fly strait North, to his homeland.
