 Torrent Helphey, can someone teach me how to use torrents? I don't get it...do you have to download something to run them or what?

Re: Torrent Help limewire is amazing.... and technical its not illegal.... some of the files people have on it maybe, but yet its just afile sharing program... and as long as you have virus protection its not gunna mess up computer, some files you dl may have a virus, but they are easily caught by your virus protection

Re: Torrent Help Well yeah you might accidentally download something you don't want to, but if you collapse ont he floor convulsing and crying because you caught a glimpse of some porn you didn't want, maybe you shouldn't have a torrent in the first place lol. (Btw that wasn't directed at you Kerstov, just people in general).
And limewire is perfectly legal fronzz, and it's up to the users to make sure they only share and download non-copyrighted material. And I'll bet you've broken the law without even knowing it loads of times fronzz. I know it doesn't apply to you, but for example, did you know that throughout Europe, it's illegal to eat mince pies on Christmas Day? Re: Torrent Help Instead of talking about limewire, legal or illegal, it wasn't the question of this topic..
 Torrents are a nifty little thing.. U can use several programs for it, some of the best are azureus and Bitlord, once you've downloaded a program you can start downloading torrent files, which I believe you can search with the program or just search google. Search the file you would like to download on (for example) http://www.torrentreactor.net Once downloaded, open it with your torrent program and it will start downloading. That's about all there is to it! Have fun and enjoy! Greetz, Wolvie  P.S. I do not recommend getting LimeWire by the way, but that's my personal opinion.  _________________

Re: Torrent Help it is a file sharing system. you download a part of a file, and you share those pieces with other people downloading them.

Re: Torrent Help Limewire is so easy it seems like it should be illegal, but its not!! I like it! The only problems I've had with it is that I can't have over 4 browser windows open at the same time. And I've never had a problem with accidently downloading porn. If one has ever come up, it has a warning with it.
