Note: O_o well I'm back...somewhat...I'm somewhat hesitant to enter another RP since I don't want to exit midway and frustrate other people x.x either ways I wanted to post this character before I forget about him

Name: Nagareboshi (means shooting star. prefers to be called Boshi)

Age:35

Gender: Male

Skills: Energy Manipulation: His unique skill is almost necromancer like since his attacks are based off the energies of a specific object e.g. absorbing energies from fire will cause his attacks to be fire based or have fire attributes. Absorbing energies from an object causes the object to become weaker if it's a living object or less durable if it's a nonliving object; e.g. a wall, after a certain amount of energy is absorbed, can be broken through as if it were made of paper. The only requirement needed in order to absorb energy from an object is that he must've been able to penetrate into someone's mind. This, however, is easier than most to accomplish since his mind is more bizarre than others which results in less that conventional mental attacks. The power of the effects of the energies he absorbs are also dependant on how strong the source is e.g. a gigantic brush fire would grant strong attacks and widespread fire as opposed to a candle flame. Absorbing energies from a living being normally results in a blood attack which poisons a target unless the object has a specific liquid inside it characteristic of that object; e.g. sap from a tree would cause the attacks to be covered in copious ammounts of sap that can be shot at the ground to create a sticky trap. Through this skill, he can also, in a sense, never run out of energy allowing him to sprint across large amounts of land without tiring however jumping from being to being can cause him to gain a headache. Finally, this skill allows him to be able to stick onto surfaces in a way that defies gravity and logic (such as walking upside down in the air) however this drains him of more energy than he can absorb and thus cannot be maintained for too long. He can only absorb the energy of one object at a time and absorbing too much energy without releasing it into an attack or just in general can cause him to lose himself in the energy of others and fall temporarily unconcious until he can regain control of himself. He's also easily mentally penatrated in this state which opens him up to mind control.

Weapon mastery: his unique weapon causes him to be adept with many weapon types although due to the variety he's, as the famous saying goes, a jack of all trades and a master of none.

Hair: Brown and extremely spikey (as in the "I just got electricuted by 1000 watts of electricity" kind of spikey)

Home Village: A remote mountain village with a strange and untouched culture

Parents: Dead as people from his village have a strange lottery policy. More on that in the history section

Character Personality: Boshi has a twisted and negative view of the world, always assuming that there has to be some form of odd motive for any action even if it's an action that benefits him. He tends to try to psycho-analize people he comes in contact with, often with absurd theories of why they're doing what they were currently doing before he interrupted them. These theories range from rape to advanced cases of psychosis all of which tend to stun the bystander who was usually doing something as menial as taking a step in a certain direction. He's distrustful of even his friends due to his past history and thinks that the world is out to get him which is relatively true due to the chaos he causes. His view of life is that it's a twisted game made by a creator who neglects his creations. Rather that adhere to the justice of others, he enforces his own view of justice and destroys those who try to enforce their own views on him. He's semi-insane and lapses between sanity and insanity and when going through the insanity periods he'll have a tendency to babble nonsense and attack anyone nearby even if it's a friend or foe. He generally is also a pessimist, thinking that even walking down the street will get in trouble somehow which usually happens since he goes insane semi-often. He hates people who are "phonies"(lol catcher in the rye references) and don't follow their instinctual beliefs on a subject, even those that do so due to a commitment. He is hypocritical of his actions, often doing things that contradict what he says, however nobody pays attention since he's half insane most of the time. He also tends to have "inferiority complexes" to people whom he deams sane, which causes his dream to be either sane or drive everyone around him insane. Due to such a dream, he often fights in sadistic and immoral ways in order to crack a persons mind. That being said, his own mind is very weak so the slightest negative action can cause him to become temporarily insane. He also mutters nonsense in battle which tends to distract many a fighter. One final strange fact is that he always views anyone fighting him as "in his way" so he's always screaming at people he fights to get out of his way.

Character History: Boshi resided in a mountain village for approximatly 15 years until a tragedy occured. A twisted ritual within the village was to have a family sacrificed once every 3 years in order to appease the local god through a twisted version of a lottery. The winner of the lottery was stonned to death for the god (the lottery reference :3) Before reaching the age of fifteen, Boshi never thought much of this ritual and even participated in the ritualistic stoning and his life was the typical life of a young boy. However, upon reaching fifteen, his life took a dramatic turn for the worse when his family was selected for the ritualistic stoning and his entire family was enclosed in a circle by a giant mob in the village square. As he watched his family members die, he grew more and more mentally disturbed until he was the only one left. Upon that point, he went insane for the first time and gained a power locked deep inside his mind which caused him to fall on the ground writhing in pain. While writhing, a gigantic, purple rune appeared on the ground of the village and exploded, destroying the entire village and condensing the matter of the destroyed village into a long, black stick that dropped into Boshi's hand. This stick would soon become what is now known to Boshi as "Inverse" a weapon created from the manifestation of insane mind and the blood of many. Since then, Boshi has appeared in many places around the empire, terrorizing the local populace and city officials.

Weapons: Inverse: a transformable stick that can change into several weapons, however it tends to be a bow. The stick is what can concentrate the energies that Boshi absorbs into various forms however they tend to be arrows as it's main form is a bow so, in effect, his attacks are pure energy. Inverse acts erratically however and tends to act by itself and under the command of Boshi at the same time often shooting multiple arrows at once in different and contradicting directions; e.g. one going up while another going down or having Boshi's arms swing erratically when he's using any form of melee weapon. This causes his fighting style to be confusing and heavily based on a swarm of moves that disables an enemy's ability to keep up as opposed to huge, heavy attacks however those forms of attacks can be done.

Character's Physical Description: Boshi is an average, middle aged man although slightly more dishevled and hairy than most. A heavy stubble and dark eyes that lead into an empty abyss attack looks from everyone. His wrinkled and damaged clothes add even more to his insane appearance and his eyes have heavy shadows under and in them. The clothes themselves are a baggy set of black pants and a extremely bellow, almost robe like, shirt with ridiculously large sleeves characteristic of stereotypicial asian sleeves. The shirt is a dark blue, with various cuts tracing it up and down. His body is heavily scarred and his back has a tattoo of a dragon, although it is barely discernable due to all the scars. He has a large scar running down his right cheek and ends at his chin although he never says where he obtained such a scar. Staring into his eyes for a prolonged period of time can even cause people of a weak will to become insane themself.

Dreams for the Future: A world where insanity is the norm so that insanity is "sanity"

Reason for Dreams: The constant switching between his sane and insane mind causes him to have inferiority complexes and thus wants everyone to be insane so that he isn't inferior.
