i think that glaedr's wound is the thing that's making oromis tired, so glaedr will die, and that will give oromis energy, but then he will die another way before the end of the book

One of my frinds told me that when saphira is in great danger Glaedr will came and save her but then die, and then Oromis will die to.

glaedr will probably die, and eragon will probably cast a spell that will terminate oromis's illness and will allow him to continue and finish his training

I think they both die. Oromis' time is coming to an end so I think they will both die soon.

they probably won't be killed in a battle tho, because oromis said he and Glaedr would be worse than useless in a battle (pg 270 Eldest)

yea, i really don't think he'll die in battle. unless glaedr's the one that's draining his energy, then glaedr dies and oromis goes into battle, which is unlikely but would be cool.

I think Eragon will be like pined down by Galby then Oromis comes in from somewhere, casts a really powerful spell which weakens Galby down to the point where Eragon at least has a chance but then dies because the spell was to powerful for him. Just an idea. I haven't really worked out what will happen to Glaedr.

Maybe they'll form the elvish mafia. Or maybe they will both die in battle, i like the idea of glader draining oromis.

i agree that it's a good idea, but unless elesmera is raided (very likely) i don't think it'll happen.

I think it would be better if Orimis traned Eragon and the new rider together then Eragon could have someone to compete with or Arya can just be the new rider and orimis wouldnt even have to teach her and if orimis died she could teach eragon.

Whatever they die of, i don't really care xD. But I think they will die before Eragon finishes his training. That would support my theory of no new riders.
