I don't think Eragon could handle it. It'd tear him up inside his head. He'd be getting diffrent emotions. If they were mates and they started fighting Eragon would be the monkey in the middle and have to deliver messages back and forth and that would get annoying so I say no.

i don't think a Dragon would hatch for someone who was already a rider. The entire purpose for the egg to be given to the Riders is to create NEW Riders.
