 Who are the grey folk?Who are the grey Folk? Are they described in the books? What book and what page?

Re: Who are the grey folk? The Grey Folk are mentioned in the second book. I'm not sure where but Oromis tells Eragon about them. That is all we know of them. They are the people who made the rules around the AL such as if you say "Burn this door" and look at someone the door will still burn. There are other ones but I forget them. They also did something in which most of their race died. They stopped some event or something. They are the original inhabitants of Alagaesia.
