I don't think that Arya had a dragon before. I think that CP just made her magic green as a clue to let us know that she will get the green dragon in book 3. Plus it said in Eldest when Eragon asked how old she was that she was born a year before the Riders destruction. Galbatorix would have had the eggs before she was old enough to be tested. Right?!

I didn't mean CP. I can't remember who the author was, but I read a book series before, and the author said that a certain thing wasn't going to happen to the main character, yet when the book came out, that same thing happened to that very character. Before anyone asks, I read that series about five years ago so I only remember the general facts and nothing else, sadly, not even the name. I say sadly because it was a good series and I'd like to read it again.

Well the next dragon is obviously going to be green though some people (me being one of them) would disagree about Roran being the next dragon rider. I would rather see Roran as king of Alagaesia, but that's just my opinion.

And what if Galbatorix captures Roran and then the green dragon egg hatches he could be sworn in the AL to obey him. So the title of the book can be Escape.


And there is also proof that Roran cannot be the green dragon rider for he will most likely become king, for he is a decendant from the King Palancer because Roran lives in Palancar valley and he is currently leading his village he will most likely become the leader.

the evidence posted by shurtugal is flawed. it leaves many gaps and is sometimes downright faulty. now users on this site have been able to come up with arguments easily twice as good as the one on shurtugal. here is MY argument and evidence, which shall be posted for hopefully (but probably not) the last time:

She went to Carvahall and had Eragon. She then ran off, running from Morzan, was caught, and then killed. This enraged Brom and Brom went and killed Morzan. Vanir is not an important character AT ALL. His only purpose was to show us the before and after of Eragon's transformation. That is IT. Just like the boy that was sent to get Eragon when he was with the Varden. We saw him twice. We know his name (which escapes me) but he is by no means important.

that was probably me. As we've seen, Arya's magic color is GREEN, the same color as the third egg. This is foreshadowing, through and through.

I know this is somewhat off topic. But as i finshed Eldest yet again, I noted some things about events and other such things. And in the anceint laungauge, isnt it true that you can only say the truth, but what if you believe somehting is true, even though it may not be. you still can say it.

Anyways to continue on with what I had originally found. Ahem - On page 546, there was information that had drawn my attention away from the obvious concept, that Morzan was Eragon's father. I know because I finished the book but this was just there and I caught it this time. Could it be possiable, if at all likly, that Brom is Eragon's father? Blagden says father and son alike, both blind as bats. Could it be, because earlier I seem to recall Oromis saying Brom was his student as well, and Eragon was similiar to him in ways. So like Eragon and Brom might both have been "blind as bats" therefore making them father and son alike.

For the next one. Eragon's . . . Consioance, however you spell it, has reached out to, or recieved something from others souls looking for help. As in Eragon the book, he helps Arya after her soul reaches out and touches his soul. On 146-148 there are some articles supporting my theory. Could it be Murtaugh, is having his soul look for help, in the past, or for Eragon, the future. It talks about how Eragon saw a gauntle in his dream, or vision, and I thought it may have been Murtaugh. The soul is searching for help. So it fits I should think, that Murtaugh may turn good, after somehow thwarting Galbx's plans, and he becomes an enemy of Galbys once more.

In the 3rd and 4th book, is it possiable at all that Eragon finds some secret hidden power, that neither Galby, nor the elves, have found and he uses it to help defeat Galbax? Because on page 378 it talks about these powers, Oromis hints at it durring training. And Solembum has given him advice as to the Menoana Tree giving him the power he needs. Then soon after at the battle of The Burning plains or that place where the battle in the end of the 2nd book happened, Murtaugh tells him about some powers that, in Eragon's view, should stay hidden. Eragon then finds one, then without ackknowleding that he is in possesion of one of the Stay Hidden spells, and uses it to defeat Galbx.

Saphira + Glader = New dragon. This is one way in which a new dragon could come, and another rider come to the Varden's aid. Or if when Saphira, or maybe just Eragon alone, go to the land never to return, Saphira + Wild dragon = Super Dragon? Or maybe Other Race/Dragon ( Elves/Dragons ) + Saphira = Super Dragon? I have no real evidance to support this theory, but I'm just trying to make a good point.

Also, on 558, Eragon is going to leave never to return, but it didn't say he would leave in the 3rd book, it could be the 4th and maybe only he shall leave, giving Sapphira the time alone. Find a new dragon maybe while searching for Eragon, get new dragon and dragon rider, and replace Eragon. Notice to, that on the map of Alagasiea, the east and north lands are not shown. These lands are not mentioned, and therefore, are probably not included in the relam of "Alagasiea". So maybe Eragon moves to the boarder of Alagasiea, finds a new race, and more dragons, and comes to save the people of "Alagasiea".

Also another tidbit, Saphira knew her mom's name, 577, Vervada and that might mean nothing, but it might be something important later on.

Dark skin for Nausada Ajhaida and the other guy when Eragon goes to the place to get directions to The Burning Plains. Means that other lands and races exist for sure.

I mean she is a romantic thing in the book, but there really isn't too much need in my mind for her. I mean she can add a couple o' paragraphs to the book, but still... I just wonder... So you are WRONG Aeraldi there is just to much evidence against ur idea. So therefore I will BURN you when book 3 comes out and YOU are proven WRONG!

To: - ImNotcrzy, why can't Arya die, it would be extremly unexpected, and Eragon might leave Alagasiea because of his greif over her death, and so that Eragon will still be helping defeat Galbx, he would find another dragon or race, perhaps even the Grey Folk, and be able to conquer Galbx.
