I love this show! its ingenious!

Wildly famous mystery novelist Richard Castle (Nathan Fillion) is bored with his own success. Then he learns that a real-world copycat killer has started staging murder scenes depicted in his novels. Castle is questioned by NYPD Detective Kate Beckett (Stana Katic), a bright and aggressive detective who keeps her investigations under tight rein. Though they instantly clash, sparks of another sort also begin to fly, leading both to danger and a hint of romance as Castle steps in to help find the killer. And once that case is solved, he and Beckett build on their new relationship as they look to solve more strange homicides in New York - as much fun as one can have with death and murder.

Castle is kept grounded by his Broadway diva mother, Martha Rodgers (Susan Sullivan), and quick-witted teenage daughter Alexis (Molly Quinn). Also starring in the series are Ruben Santiago-Hudson as NYPD Captain Roy Montgomery, Tamala Jones as Medical Examiner Lanie Parish, Jon Huertas as NYPD Detective Javier Esposito and Seamus Dever as NYPD Detective Kevin Ryan.

"Castle" is produced by ABC Studios. Andrew Marlowe (writer, "Air Force One") serves as executive producer/writer, along with executive producers Armyan Bernstein, Barry Schindel, Rob Bowman (who also directed the pilot) and Laurie Zaks.

I've been really enjoying the last 2 episodes. in season 2, or did we start season 3? I got thrown off track because i don't have a computer and internet up and running at home!

I watched this with mum the first time last week, and decided I really like this. xD The episode was really good, too.. the end = " :0 "

Now I have to watch the others so I know what was going on. =]

Nathan Fillion is choice, however.

There are now 5 shows I watch weekly when they're on. I sold my soul to the devil for a 40 and a pistol. :/

*Beckett throws open the door, gun drawn*
Castle: *girlish squeal*
Beckett: "Castle? What are you doing here?
Castle: *profers a wine bottle while trying not to hide* *squeaky voice* "Wine?"


Lol, my mom almost wore out the DVR playing that one part over and over again.

Thats why I watched it, and I love it. Such an amazing show.

Season finale (2 part) was amazing. Also, love the Firefly reference in the Halloween episode.

Was it the "I was aiming for his head" or did I miss this one?
I'm 6 episodes into the beginning, and I love it. Mr. Fillion's character is hilarious, and the other characters play off him well.. especially Beckett and his daughter. It's been a while since a show made me laugh this much.

No, I think I missed that one. If only Adam Baldwin had been there to deliver that line.

In the Halloween episode, he dresses up as a Space Cowboy, aka, Malcolm Reynolds. Another time, he puts on blue gloves and flashes two fingers on each hand. The references to Firefly are just awesome.

I just saw that episode! xD It was quite awesome! And his daughter was like "isn't that getting old, it was like 5 years ago??" and he's like "nah...!!"

Single favorite moment of the show so far.

And I just watched the finale. I started it feeling sorry for Castle, and ended feeling sorry of Beckett, which is who i probably should have been all along. xD I mean, which of the two is the lady magnet??

But yeah. The case was interesting too. I wish it was longer... spy games!

My DVR messed up!! I was watching it yesterday and then an error message popped up and I didn't get to see the end!

The last thing I saw was where they were interrogating the guy that put the briefcase in the locker. I dunno what happened, but I think last Monday was that day a storm blew through down here, so I guess it lost the signal or something...
