I'm not sure if I like them, there are too many bands these days claiming to be 'punk' when all they really want to do is sell out. Just by having a punk band name doesn't make you punk, but heys i'll have to listen to them more before I completely judge them.

Yeah I agree with you on that. For example, NoFx and Rise Against aren't really punk, although they are both great bands in their own right. I agree with your view on too many bands branding themselves punk, which is why it's refreshing to see an actual punk band like Smoke Blow for a change :3

I completely agree, i'm sick of the whole 'i'm so punk let me jsut pose for that camera and drain everyone of all there money' it's sad and it's ruined a really good music movement.

LOL! Personally, I think Black Flag (Henry Rollins) were definately a better punk band, if you haven't heard of them listen to them on youtube. Also try Circle Jerks and Minor Threat.
