Re: what is the most painful thing that has ever happened to you one day I was riding my bike with my dog and he saw a squirrel and of course he chased it, I fell off my bike and my knee skidded on the pavment it left a big scar. Also when i was little i was riding on the back of my friends bike without shoes or socks on and my heel rub against the tire and i lost a few layers of skin. now theres a dent in my left heel! maybe i'm just not go on bikes
