 Anyone have a special symbol or totem?Has anyone have anything special that is like a symbol for them? I have it's a wolf howling while standing in the cresent moon. I've got a little sculpture of it on my flute so it can watch over me as I play.
Anyone else have something like that? _________________

Re: Anyone have a special symbol or totem? The picture I'll post here (which i hope turns out) is of a Open Triad. From what i know, this Celtic symbol represent the comsos of life and is for magical inspiration.

Re: Anyone have a special symbol or totem? I got a symbol except its not exactly physical. Its kinda hard to explain but i'll do my best. Its a kind of force that empowers the body and spirit. It fills your body with fire making you more alive then ever possible. I feel like I keep it hidden away inside me, but its just waiting to be exposed.

Re: Anyone have a special symbol or totem? Below is a picture of three things that I always have on my person. The bracelet is a silver never ending chain. It has no latch, but if it was cut and laid flat it would probably be about 4 feet long.
The ring to the left, closest to my knuckle is a Promise Ring with the Christian fish symbol on it. The silver ring has the Independent Cross on it. The chain doesnt really have any special meaning, but I did find it in a box of stuff given to us after my grand-grandpa died. The Promise Ring reminds me of my Christian faith. (thats the most I'm gonna say about it, since religion is a no-no on this site.) And the Independent Cross ring is a symbol of my independince. I hate it when someone tries to help me with something I ca do perfectly fine with on my own. Re: Anyone have a special symbol or totem? My totem is... well, I don't exactly have one. I get my symbols from all sorts of cultures. But I would like to consider my totem a fox, representing cleverness and intelligence and wisdom. It could also be a dragon, in the sense of wisdom, but most people think of power when they think of a dragon as a symbol, and power is something I certainly don't have.

Re: Anyone have a special symbol or totem? Yeah sometimes you can find it by seeing and object of some sort that you truley love and that object has a meaning that perfectly describes you. My dad's a jeweller and he made a stingray for my sister and a seahorse for my mum but sybols and totems and all that arn't always animals. Like Aeraldi said it might be inside you and like Firetongue said it might be trapped gas

Re: Anyone have a special symbol or totem? lol. Well what Shade said reminded me that I do have a bracelet that I normally wear. It's not really a symbol, but I thought I'd mention it. It's just a bike chain which I chopped up and fixed a latch onto, but I like it.

Re: Anyone have a special symbol or totem? Picture the shape on a Black Widows body and draw it in black on a white page, add flames around it and a thick chain constricting it. That is my symbol.
