WHat color is "maliz"? I've never heard of it. But there has already been a red book, Eldest, and a black book, Brisingr. Yes, I know you said "gray" but gray is a lighter shade of black. As I said so something extreme like PURPLE! Idk why but PURPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

if there is going to be a dragon on the front (which everyone seems to think), i would not want the book to be purple. the dragons must have some dignity.



and maliz is a mix between black, gray, magneta, and a half-turqoise. its pretty cool.

I'm lookin' at Eldest right now, and it looks RED to me. Red is a color that is hard to diverse it into different kinds of red such as "blood red" or "bright red." It's red. Red is red, we've already had some kind of red book so let's not have another. PURPLE I SAY!!!!!!!! PURPLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry but I must be stuck on purple. no, its more of a dark red like when you cut yourself and blood comes out (especially from a scab) its a darker, luminiscent, refracting red. fortified with hemoglobin and iron and etc. lol

second CP said in an interveiw that the next cover will be green (though I think he was talking about book3 at the time) so for some reson he changed it to black so book4 could be green for the new dragon.

It will probably be green, with a green dragon on the front. Thats what book three ws gonna be until they added book four, and a black book has already been made so shruikan is out for the cover, so i think green with greenie on the front.

well if greenie doesn't hatch until the end (like most are thinking), it wouldn't make sense to have it on the front. shruikan would be awesome, except it wouldn't really go well with green (though i don't thik the book will be green)

And putting a person on the front might change how we think Galby looks or whoever looks in the Cycle. I personally think that galby is some short bad guy who can kill at will.

I think I get what you mean. But putting something else other than a dragon on the front would mess up the appearence of the covers if you had them sitting all in a row. I just had a brainstorm. What if Eragon and Saphira somehow draw the attention of dragons from another nation across the ocean and those dragons come to aid them? It might take a while for that, but my guess is that this book is going to be thickest yet so it will have plenty of time to envelop that sort of time. But that is just a random brainstorm in the middle of lunch when that occurred to me. (: But if Eragon and Saphira could somehow do that it might work to benefit them of benefit Galbatorix. But either way, there has to be more dragons somewhere! It is the only thing that makes sense. Where else would the dragons have come from unless you believe the dwarves' beliefs.

thats what i've been asking no one actually has evidence its just when it was a trilodgy it was inferred that the 3rd one will be green which was wrong

yeah, we don't know it will be green, but its just become common to refer to it as such, even though i don't believe it will be green
