This is an avatar. You need to search for picture that you like, which is less than 100x100 pixels. (To find out how big it is, right click it and go to properties.). What i do next, is save it in my pictures. Then you go to your profile and scroll to the bottom. Where it says choose an avatar, click browse and find your picture. After that, just click "submit". There might be another way to do it, but i dont know it. Hope it solves the problem.

Or you could right click on a picture, then push save picture as... then you go to browse, you click on it. then you got yourself a avatar.
