Ic: Fenlore road on Bree on a forest path. He was determined to make it to an elvish city, no matter what it took. He had been riding for days and found nothing. It was dusk now and he needed to find a place to rest. He found a small clearing with enough grass for Bree to get a good meal. "Even a steam boy. Enjoy it while you have it." He unsaddled Bree and began to set up a small camp in the clearing.

OOC: I'll join this one since Eriel is absent in all my other RP's. lol

Faefnir landed in a clearing deep in the forest. The White Stag met him there, as he always did whenever they ventured into the forest. Navarre looked at the ground as they softly landed. She leapt off his back and observed her surroundings. Father, what is this place? Faefnir chuckled. Why it is the mighty forest of Du Weldenvarden, little one. This is the Stag's ancestral home. Navarre expressed interest, then wandered around to explore. Don't wander too far, young one. This is the elves' home and they have many guarding spells that we can trigger on accident. Navarre was about to wander into the trees when she heard that. Oh, OK. I guess I should stay here. She then squinted her eyes. Father, there's a lady in a blue dress not far from here. She has silver hair and is very beautiful. Faefnir looked into forest where she was staring and saw that she was indeed right. Stag, can you keep Navarre here? I'm going to investigate. He slowly entered the forest and stalked the lady. He quickly came to recognize her: Aroya, the elf-wolf. Guys, it's OK. Come with me, let's meet a new friend. Navarre and the Stag joined him and they approached Aroya. Do not fear, fair elf-wolf. We are friends.

Fenlore had gathered wood for fire and came back to a sight strait from his nightmares. There stood a huge gold dragon. His face wetn a goast white. He failed to notice anything else. Faefnir blocked the view of everything else. Quickly he drabbed his spear and bow and began to quickly and quietly move closer. Fenlore knew that if he ran he would be caught quickly.

Occ: Understand that Fenlore has a fear and dislike of dragons.....so this will be fun.

OOC: I'm joining

IC: Equinox left the cave for the first time for days. The bare he caught last week was finally gone so he went out to hunt. He kept his guard up incase he met a human, dwarf, or elf. He didn't want to kill too much of the prey around the ruins of the elven city. For the first time in years he left the area of the forest he used so long as a hideout. In the distance he spotted a large moose. He flew down and attacked the moose careful not to breath fire of summon lightning. He killed it with a quick bite to the neck. It was emaciated and very old so he didn't get to much meat from it so he went farther into the forest. He saw a large brown bare lager then his last one and attacked. It slashed his injured leg and he roared in pain. He chanced releasing fire and scorched the bare. He decided to come back for it later he flew for about ten minuets and saw a human and some dragons on the ground. He stayed above them incase they decided to attack him and he could flee.

Equinox saw two more dragons and an elf that we though smelt like she was part wolf. He saw a stag nest to the golden dragon but didn't attack because he knew they probably would not take too kindly if he did that. He landed on the ground because his wing was starting to hurt him on where the bare bit him. He new the human and elf wolf were both armed so he landed away farther from them than the other dragons. if the dragons decide to attack me I may be able to outrun them he thought because being smaller than most dragons his age he was faster than usually.

Fenlore stiffened this was his worst place he could ever be. He looked from each dragon to then next, than at the riders. His mind working frantically to put up mental barriers. He knew that he had no chance to run now, and no chance to live in a fight. But he didn't want to lose his weapons. His gaze fell on Reb as she spoke. He nodded his head to her and brought his spear to a rest position. When Faefnir spoke to him he felt the his vast wise mind. He gazed at the dragon in awe. "Faefnir you may mean no harm but forgive me if I don't put my spear down." He wasn't trying to be bitter but that is what he sounded like. His mind was in overdrive, to many thoughts coming and going for him to sort.

Equinox looked at the large gold dragon. He knew because he said that in the ancient language he could not lie. Still Equinox could not help being nervous as he walked into the open. He looked at the human and made sure to be out of attack range. He was amazed to see this many dragons here the only other one he saw was his father whom he killed. Do you live here Equinox asked.

OCC: Sorry for the short post I couldn't think of much to type down

Fenlore chuckled at everyone’s assumption. He tossed his spear to the ground, then unsheathed his sword and tossed it next to it. He looked at his bow regretfully and set it down at his feet. "Never meant any harm just not use to dragons. Much less one of his size." He tried not to think about just how many dragons were present.

Equinox watched as she left than looked back at Faefnir. He wasn’t sure about trusting him yet but Equinox really wanted to leave the forest and visit other parts of the continent. He has been in the forest for most of his life excewpt when he was enslaved by the dwarves and humans. Also he wanted to know how to control his powers. Ok I’ll come replied Equinox.

Fenlore was getting tenser by the second. He hated having to be around Dragons but more then one dragon was almost to much for him to handle. He then casted his gaze apon Reb once again. He sighed and said with a strained voice, "My name is Fenlore, I am looking for one of the many elvish citys." He didn't continue he knew how will they protected their secrets and how he probly wouldn't get any information from any of them.

Equinox looked at the stag all right Stag i know the location of a few cities one them are in ruins though he thought. Then he looked at Fenlore My name is Equinox there are ruins of an elven city about a half days flight from here. The closest one to the ruins is four days away. I would rather not enter it though. All though Equinox trusted elves more than humans and dwarves he didn't want to meet his rider Crimson. Hatred soared through him once he thought of his rider he really wanted to burn something but resisted the temptation.

Fenlore shifted under the gaze of Reb and once Equinox entered his mind he flinched, Thank you Equinox.....but I’m in interested in ruins. 'What I’m really wanted to do is talk with the elves that lived in the city's gather information of m...." He stopped what he was about to say took a deep breath and continued. "The past." Fenlore picked up his sword and held it out to Reb, "I wish to know whose blade this is for one. I believe it was a riders, an elfish rider." He shrugged with a sigh, "I figured the best place to look would be in the cities of the elves." He shifted from one foot to the next, his nerves about to drive him to mount Bree and ride away as fast as he could.

Equinox new about the danger and stared in that direction it came from. He wasn't sure if they would attack but he was prepared if they did. He tried to shield his mind to them incase they tried to attack him. He decided it was best not to contact them but he did not flee. It felt as if his insides were burning but he resisted the temptation to breathe fire. He made sure he did not move so he did not cast lightning.

Fenlore stiffened as he was about to grasp the hilt of Reb's sword. He felt the presence of several Elves around them. He quickly tossed up his strongest walls and dove for his bow. "Light” He whispered in the ancient language holding the spell waiting to release it. He had his bow scooped up and an arrow on the string aimed off into the woods where he sensed the elves. The tip of his arrow glowed a dull glow as he transferred the spell to his arrow. He knew that he would be dead if he even thought of releasing his arrow. He couldn't do much but make sure his mental barriers were strong and his aim was true.

Equinox first tried to strengthen his mental barrier. If they attack I’ll be ready. he thought. He was close to breathing fire but held it in. He guarded his mind and tried to say as best he could in the ancient language We come in peace we are just looking for an elven city. He stood firm on the ground ready to fly if necessary.

Fenlore was tense and didn’t like the quest he was on. First he had to deal with dragons and their rider, now he was dealing with elves with bows. Not that they were a better shot them him, he was just out numbered.
With a collective sigh he released the tension on his bow and put the arrow back in the quiver. He knew with his looking like just a human that he probably get turned back but he also didn’t' want to give away his best advantage over those he met.
He rolled his eyes as they seemed to mull over what Reb said. Elves are smarter than this. They have a reason for stopping us other than just defending their cities. He thought distracting himself from keeping his mental barrier up so all could hear his thoughts.

Occ: I luv saphira ur up.....unless I missed something

Faefnir snarled at Reb. Reb, no offense, but we can't risk sparking a war between us and the elves. Control your temper.

OOC: Pass turn.

OOC: Eek... I wanna join this. I'll wait for awhile and see if I can get a good opening.

OOC: Okay... err... since no one has posted.. I'm assuming you're all waiting for me?

IC: Eriel sighed as she heard a knock on her door. "Yes?" She asked loud enough for the elf outside to hear.
"Shur'tugal." The voice came. Eriel raised an eyebrow.
"We have received word of a few guests in the area..."The elf said again. Eriel sighed, she knew what was coming and walked out with her sword strapped to her side and her bow in her left hand. "Yes yes... I'm going..." Eriel sighed and walked past the man.

"What a bother..." She said softly as she leaped from tree branch to tree branch, singing whenever she felt the thickness of the branch too thin, taxing her abilities to the limit, a fall could mean a few broken bones and an angry Emrhyst. She held back a gasp of shock as she saw a few elves surrounding her friends.

Eriel walked up to one of them. "Stay your arms..." She whispered into his ear. The elf didn't budge. Eriel shrugged and knocked him out, placing him on a thick branch before throwing her voice forwards. "Stay your blades!" She shouted at the elves.

Equinox wasn't sure what to make of the elves he has never seen them this close to the cave.\

OCC: Pass

Fenlore looked at Reb he hadn’t seen it but now he was quivering with anger. He had his spear pulled back and thrown soon after Reb and shot and arrow at the elf. The Spear landed at the base of the elves neck pinning him by his own clothing to the ground. "Watch our tongue elf." He pulled his long hair back from his ears showing the slight tip at the top. He glared back at Eriel who had come out of nowhere it seemed but turned his gaze back to the elf. He didn't look at anyone but the elf as he pulled his sword from its sheath.

OOC: Could we get an order for this?

OOC: pass.

OOC: Tks Star.

IC: The elves tightened their grip on their weapons, looking at one threat to another, then at Eriel and back to Fenlore.
Eriel glared at them and ran over, knocking out the other one then grabbed one by his clothes and jumped off the tree landing beside Star Gazer almost soundlessly. She drew her dagger and looked at him, placing it on his Adam's Apple. "Now, get your men to withdraw captain, or you'll have three dragons and four elves to deal with."
Emrhyst roared and landed behind her rider. Nope. Four dragons. She hissed at the man, her tongue flickering in front of her. She turned towards her rider and grinned.

OCC: Pass

Fenlore gasped as a fourth dragon made her presense known. He saw that the Elves were for the most part unable to attack thanks to Eriel. He lowered the tip of his sword and gazed in wondering at Reb. He wondered who she really was. From what he knew Reb was a shade but he had fought and killed a shade before. She did not look anything like one, nor did she act like the shade he had killed. He wished to ask so many questions but he kept his expression guarded not wanting to give anything away.
